"I ordered 10 paint sample sheets and they arrived very quickly (3 days)! Beautiful colors and almost exactly what is shown on screen. Also, the first 8 samples were free, the other two were $.25 each and the shipping was free (very few things you can get for that price!) I look forward to making my decision on the paints I will buy, ordering them from ECOS and creating my wall mural. Thank you Ecos for providing paint that is safe to use in my home!!!"

"I received this paint and it did not look like the color that I ordered. The texture was horrid and after repeated attempts to rectify the situation with the company, I am now just stuck with the paint. Mind you, I ordered five gallons, 4 are untouched.
I now understand why they will not accept returns because everyone would be returning the paint in my opinion.
While I appreciate the fact that this is vegan and zero vocs, which is why I ordered it, I cannot leave a good review unfortunately. "
"I do my best to be waste conscious. I was disappointed that the sample arrived in nonrecyclable foam packaging. For a company advertising "Eco-friendly products for a healthier home" this did not live up to my expectations. Would be happy to see an alternative compostable or recyclable packaging option."

"I ordered wood stain samples. I appreciated how thick the stain was, I only did sample sections but it was easy to get good coverage to see the color. No odor at all, I am very sensitive to VOCs.
All the samples were too dark for my project, but they just released more options that are all lighter, I ordered another round of the lighter samples and am hopeful one of the new ones will fit my project!
Note: I had one sample leak a small amount during shipping, it was in a different style container than the rest, so I think they've updated to better containers to avoid the leaks. There was nothing wrong with the sample and it wasn't a huge mess or anything, I still had plenty in my sample to test."

"I ordered stain, wood conditioner, and varnish for my staircase on Thursday and the items arrived in NY midday on Saturday. Everything was exactly as described on the website and I loved the whole process from ordering, prepping, staining, and varnishing without any overpowering odors. (My wife was in the next room while I was working and didn’t smell anything.). Applied 3 coats of varnish as recommended in the FAQS and would definitely recommend. "
