"We have loved our experience with the school. We expected some hiccups as it was a new facility and new teachers, but it felt like the kids were instantly welcomed and part of an established, high quality, fun and loving educational program. We feel that their teachers care about them and their feelings and education. They have already learned so much and I can't wait to see what else they learn in the following months/years! My only request is for more consistency on the brightwheel app. Some days, I get full and complete communication for both children. Other days I do not receive full information, especially in the infant room with general update, bottles drank, and at least one picture. The preschool teachers do provide more updates routinely. I do not want the focus to be the app as I would rather the kids be taken care of course as opposed to being on the app but I'd just like at least one picture a day and at minimum the food/bottles drank. Otherwise, we couldn't be happier!"
