"My 4 year old son goes there since September, first of all for being there for over 5 months now they never had the same teacher in my sons class for more than a month, there staff constantly changing and teachers are not professional or trained well. Last Friday my son again got hit by one of the kids in his class that were know as the “bad kid” from all the kids in hes class with a heavy toy right on he’s face! My son came home with a big bruise on he’s face with a incident report and no punishment to other kids! How is this even right? This boy hits everyone in the class as an fact cause my friends son goes there too and got hit by him as well many times and this school just tolerate he’s bad behavior and telling me today that i should unenrolled my child if I don’t feel comfortable for him to come! **** this trash school, no common sense at all! Unprofessional and rude staff. Don’t ruin your kid with that school!"

"We love Everbrook and so do both of our kids! We feel very lucky to be a part of the Everbrook family/community and are looking forward to our future there. I would like to clarify my response to the outside/parking lot question- Everbrook's outside play area and landscaping is wonderful. They share a parking lot with the nearby hotel which can be frustrating sometimes when the hotel is busy and the lot is full. Lugging a car seat across a street is no fun, but I know they are working on that issue, and right now it is rare enough that we can be patient while they find a solution."

"The facility is great but don’t be fooled by the shiny new facility the teaching staff and the office staff are horrible and extremely rude. The office staff never say hello or make you feel welcome when you enter and they lie a lot. Every time I asked them a question they would lie and it was so obvious too. I even looked it up afterwards in the handbooks to see the real answers to my questions. The teaching staff kept confusing my child with another child and I even proved it to them one day but they kept doing it. They also called CPS on my child. I’m still try to get the report but it is either because they kept confusing my child with this other child or because my child has separation anxiety of which I explained to them exactly how to deal with it and instead of dealing with it how I told them to they called CPS. We were completely unaware of it until we got a phone call from CPS saying that they completed their investigation and the report was “unfounded”. I’m sure the videos of me hugging and kissing my kids at drop off are sure indicators of abuse and neglect. We are currently looking into legal action about this. I know exactly what teacher it was too, she is in the preschool room that is in the back of the school to the right most of the time and works evenings most of the time as well. Aside from this I have witnessed the teachers yelling and screaming at the kids for the simplest things. A lot of the teachers here have no business being in child care. "

This may be covered in parent-teacher conferences, but i haven't heard much about tailored teaching and the areas that my child may need extra attention. If these areas are identified and discussed with parents, we can potentially help develop these skills at home too"
