"When I enrolled my infant here in March, there were issues with the care they provided including not feeding my teething child well. I had to take a week off from work because they would let my child go with only 2-3 OZ of milk all day. My baby is very chill and calm; sadly he was neglected by this day care, and I was bullied and made fun of for standing up for him.

I brought up the issues and provided them guidelines on how to care for my son. Not only they disregarded my requests over and over, they would tell me how to parent. This is a cult of Mean Girls with the principal "Nikki" taking the lead. She backs up her teachers beyond believe and gangs them up against you!

In addition to feeding issues, they were not changing my baby's diaper as often and my baby's sensitive skin suffered. There was nearly zero developmental training also. The main infant teacher Mrs. Marie, filled her job in a robotic way and didn't seem to be a loving & nurturing person. I had to request for my child to be held and loved occasionally which was ridiculous!!!

I tried to work with them and provided a written care plan for my son all in line with the Virginia Childcare Laws and were very basic. They failed to follow through and were inconsistent which caused trust issues.

They provide survilance camera but tell you not to watch it. If you witness something Nikki makes sure you deny the reality of the situation. Don't bother going to the corporate office because this culture is all the way across. They enable the principal and the teachers to push your child out. They don't care about fixing issues nor want to deal with someone brining them up.

After 2.5 months I found another day care and gave them a month notice per their policy. Nikki dis-enrolled my child the very next day leaving me stranded with no childcare!!! She is very immature and didn't care how would this high school action affect the child.
