"I started working from home unexpectedly and needed a home office desk ASAP. Unfortunately, so did half the nation apparently, because I couldn’t find the perfect desk at an affordable price in stock. I came across this site and fell in love with a white L shaped desk. Immediately after buying, I realized I didn’t do my research on this site and I was freaking out.
The expected shipping date was September 6. Well, it was delivered August 24! It came in two boxes, but very well wrapped (unlike other furniture sites I’ve bought from). Although it took 5 hrs to assemble, I love my new desk! Will definitely be buying from here again and recommending to friends and family!"

"COVID Review. This all is taking place between 3/1 and 3/26. I am a nurse, I understand the crisis, and things are not normal right now. Business is not as usual, but we are being encouraged as consumers to shop and support our economy. That means good business practice is still relevant.
That said, don't bother with this company, spend the extra $100 and order it from somewhere legitimate like wayfair or overstock. I wanted to save a little money on a set of chairs So I ordered from this company despite minimal reviews. I have regretted it since then.
The first set of chairs were damaged, with one of the seats having a black symbol stained on the seat. I suspect that these products are refurbished or created with slight damage at the factory (like products at home goods). A replacement set was sent semi-promptly, and no information on return of the old set was provided. Chair leg was loose and I fell off of one from the second set, but decided to glue it back because the effort to return again was not worth it. These were a 300 dollar set of 2 chairs.
Since then I have personally contacted their small business asking if they'd like me to return them. Days pass before someone confirms that yes, I should return them. Days more pass and fedex is picking up the package. But then they dont come. So I email some more, 2 days for response, then back and forth stating that this is the only week I will be available for the pickup. I provided 4 days of availability. They couldn't tell me when pickup will be because fedex is swamped. Understandable, but the pickup estimate was for a 2 week range and no window of hours in the day. Then I requested that they released me from the responsibility of returning these, given the current situation, and they refused to do so. I said that I could not store this large box anymore. Here is what Michael said to me:

When I said I was going to leave this review he said:

Michael, perspective is still maintaining business practice and professionalism. Perspective is that only consumers will keep your business open as we plunge toward a recession. Perspective is that you would not find a response like that acceptable from me, in a hospital, caring for you or your family.

"My purchase of the Legend's Brighton Hutch with fireplace for my husband's 70" flat screen TV is amazing. I never purchased a piece of furniture online before but I really wanted this hutch. It was too costly for me to purchase this hutch from a local furniture store. Their price $2800 and by going through Dynamic Home Decor online it only cost me $1412. BIG BIG SAVINGS! The hutch was delivered in perfect shape minus one sideboard being sent that was the wrong item. After emailing Dynamic and sending them a pic of the sideboard in question they shipped a replacement that next day at their cost for shipping back the replacement. Thumbs up to Dynamic Home Decor. They had the best price and even though it said it might take 10 days to receive my product that was OK with me. "I placed an order with Michael after spending a lot of time researching an entertainment center that would fit my room/tv setup. Michael surpassed all expectations with his responsiveness, knowledge, and care during the weeks leading up to my purchase. Unfortunately, a few days after I submitted my order I had a hunch that I made a mistake on dimensions on my end which Michael quickly verified and I had to put the brakes on my order. He responded quickly and truly cared for ME to quickly contact the manufacturer and cancel the request before it shipped and provided a refund until I can find another product that works for me. Furniture is tricky, buying it online is even more difficult without seeing it and knowing the full dimensions..... Michael made it simple. Please, do not hesitate with Dynamic Home Decor, even though I never followed through with my order, the care he provided for WEEKS made me feel bad for not giving him my business.
