"The order for a rustic wall mirror was placed on February 18, 2021. We finally received it on July 2, 2021. We opted for the product not to be finished so we could put our own stain color on it. A product shipped should be in stainable condition. The joints were open and gobbed with glue and wood filler. The mirror was not secure to the back of the frame. We removed the mirror and began to stain the frame. The Professional furniture builder that Dutch Crafters used did not even wipe the glue and the wood filler off the wood where it was jointed in the corners and the stain did not take. I contacted Dutch Crafters Management and they said that they could not do anything because we started the staining and finishing process. This company is not worth while ordering from. The product workmanship is crummy to say the least and definitely not made by professionals."

"ive received multiple delay letters, they will not answer their phone, no return calls, ive given them until friday and then im contesting the payment to them through visa, pathetic is an understatement, i will never buy anything from these people again, absolute delay after delay and dodges all phone calls, im done with this crap."

"Ordered a vanity on March 31, promised a ship date of June 1st. After many emails and phone calls they still have not sent the vanity and won’t even tell me what the ship date will be until July 7th. They have the audacity to threaten me with a restocking fee for an item they have not even shipped to me!!!! I am beyond disgusted! "

"Then covered wagon arrived without wheels! No note or other explanation in the box as to why the wheels were not included. Inspection of the wagon showed extremely poor quality multiple deep gouges and scratches in the wood. All holes drilled had splintered the wood. All screws were misaligned some sticking out pretty significantly. The metal parts were very rough and one showed rust.
The final unbelievable thing was the hoops were too wide for the cart. I find it hard to believe this was sent to me and even more difficult to be believe this was made by an Amish craftsman. I am asking for a refund or a cart actually built by a Amish woodworking craftsman. No resolution yet. "

"I'm honestly a little in awe of how great this experience has been from start to finish.

The piece itself:
The hutch arrived yesterday and it's beautiful. Every single hinge and fixture is in place, the wood is high quality and solid, and the finish practically glows. I'm not an expert on furniture but there isn't a single flaw anywhere. The doors open and close without rubbing, the handles feel very secure and are at perfect angles, and the joints are seamless. Every time I look at it, I really get the sense that we got what we paid for - it's luxurious, but not ostentatious, and it fits perfectly with the rest of our wood furniture.

Johnny delivered and assembled this quickly and professionally, delivery went off without a hitch.

The buying process:
Fantastic customer service. All of the representatives were friendly, clear, and great communicators. Every single email I sent got a response immediately - I sent one email late at night and had a response literally first thing the next morning. When my family and I had to do some one-the-phone deliberation about the specifications of the piece we ordered, our representatives were patient, kind and helpful. (Big shoutout to Tracey, Gwen, and Jody! I'm sorry if I'm missing anyone who my family communicated with, you were all genuinely great)

My family spent a long time deliberating about what kind of china hutch to get, so we could display our china & crystal from my mother's home country. Nothing else on the market met our needs - everything was either low-quality particle board or over-the-top pieces from Wish. This has been a very positive experience from start to finish, and my family is very pleased with the finished piece. "

"I have been looking for a mailbox that could be customized to look like my house. This was close, but the doors and windows were country/barn style, and I wanted to add my own to match my house - red slab door and brown mullioned windows. I put in an email request that the door and window trims not be added. I received a same day (or maybe next day) call back, placed the order, and the mailbox arrived, exactly to my specifications in about a week. I love that it was made in a town just about an hour or so away. The quality is excellent. So much better than a flimsy metal mailbox. "

"For around ~$270 at the time of writing, you get a lot of chime for your dollar with the Maroon Bells set. Make sure you have the space, physical strength, and a solid mount for this set because they are large and heavy (~35 lbs static weight). Hanging these up high is definitely a two-person task. But once they're hung, they fill the surrounding area with deep musical tones whenever there is a breeze in the air. My only complaint is that, out of the box, the longevity of these chimes is questionable due to the inside edges of the tubes not being sanded smooth. I broke out the sand paper, and polished the edges myself because I know that over the years those sharp burrs left behind behind after cutting would slowly destroy the strings during strong winds. Definitely an issue that any future buyers need to be aware of and hopefully Lambright Country Chimes fixes the issue in their manufacturing. "

"I ordered the childhood treasure swingset and received it early. It was delivered by a freight company, which unfortunately required a forklift to remove it from the truck. There was no way the freight truck driver could have removed this from the truck. He had to drive across town so we could unload it with a forklift and then drive it back across town on a trailer. So, make sure you have a forklift handy! Then, when we began assembling the swingset, everything went smoothly until step #2 when we discovered that our wood list and our instructions don’t match. The wood pieces have been renumbered, so they don’t match the instructions. I have called several times and emailed and left messages. I still have no correct instruction booklet. I was told by the manufacturer that I should be able to figure it out by measuring all the wood pieces. I know how long the pieces are, I need to know which piece goes where! So disappointed! Will not buy from this company again! "

"We ordered two outdoor footstools, during "corona time." To be honest, we didn't expect the order to be delivered quickly, and indeed, an e-mail came to say it will take longer than expected.
However, the normal time for such a delivery is 3 weeks, and the stools arrived right on time. Great quality: sturdy, level, pretty to look at; a perfect match to former furniture we had (which means that the colors of their furniture won't fade!).
