Order was missed - not shipped for 1 month

"We have ordered our harvest knives from Durokon for several years in a row and have always been pleased with the quality and shipping speed of the order...until this year. We ordered (and paid for) the knives on 08/14/23 and realized on 09/13/23 we had not received them yet. Called and inquired about the status of the order and was told they were shipping that day. I asked if it had gotten missed and was told it had. Asked how quickly we would receive them because our workers were getting here that day and was told we should have them by the end of the week. Had not received the knives by Friday and called to request a tracking number. It shows the order is scheduled to be delivered 09/20/23 - that's a week after the error was discovered! They should have overnighted them but instead shipped them ground. Now our workers are here and have nothing to harvest our greens with for a week!"

"The products arrived very quickly. However, there was not a packing list with the shipment, and I did not recieve a detailed invoice. I have called about needing a hard copy of the invoice,(talked to a 'Chuck' at Zenport), and was told I would be getting an invoice by email. I have not received it. I called back, left a message to fax it over. I have not received it. Called again and was told that Chuck would take care of it. I have not heard nor received an invoice from 'Chuck'. HELP! D. Van Dyke River Oak Farm and Nursery"
