"First shipment of 20 honeybells were of very poor quality - blemished, soft, flavorless. After reaching out to customer service, I received a replacement shipment which was outstanding, just what I had expected the first time around. After reading other reviews on this site, it is apparent that your first shipment could be of inferior quality. If this is acceptable, by all means, place an order with Dundee Groves... they do stand by their warranty."

"I ordered Honeybells on 12/31 and received the order about 1 week later. The first 6 Honeybells were very good but the rest of the shipment had a tart taste to it. We did eat a few but had to throw out about 10. I sent them a e-mail and they are now sending us a complete new order at no charge to us. This company has an excellent policy for this type of problem. I did not expect them to replace the entire order. We will definitely be using Dundee Groves for any future orders and we place approx. 5-10 orders around the holidays. You have a loyal customer now.

"I highly recommend DUNDEE GROVES. I ordered 3 boxes of oranges for friends up north. One box to Tenn. arrived in 2 days, and I was told they were delicious. All 3 boxes were shipped on December 18. I went to Maine for the holidays. The oranges to Maine didn't arrive until late afternoon on December 27. I checked the RI order tracking number, and it still hadn't been delivered. None of the delays were Dundee Groves' fault. Fed Ex held up the Maine delivery, and I was told the RI box sat in the Cumberland post office for many days. Dundee Groves informed me when told of the situation that it has sent two more boxes to my family and friends even though the delay was Fed Ex and the USPO's fault that the citrus didn't arrive in time for the holiday. I merely informed them of the problem stating I knew they shipped them on time. It's really nice to deal with a company that has ethics and goes far above what is expected."

"I placed an order with Dundee Groves for Sugarbell Oranges in December.
They were delivered on time, however UPS delivered them after dark.
and in the middle of our front yard in 10 degree weather. Where they sat
all night. Needless to say when we found them they were frozen, some
were squashed etc. I contacted Dundee right away with the issue. They
were extremely sorry and helpful. They quickly placed a re-placement order
for me at NO COST. I received my oranges a few days ago. Delivered to my door,
and in perfect condition. I applaud their excellent customer service.

They are described as sweet, fresh and so juicy! The fruit was picked and hand selected at the best time for holiday shipping and arrived in time for my gift recipient to enjoy the week before Christmas. She was so impressed that she received not only the fruit but marmalade and coconut treats! I think Dundee Groves knocked it out of the park!"

The service rep called me and reassured me it would ship before Christmas. She then continued to track it and when it was delivered on Christmas eve she called me again to let me know it had arrived. "I was so disappointed when my sugarbells arrived! I thought I was getting 2 boxes of 10 each like they show in the picture in both the brochure and postcard but all 20 came in 1 box. I was planning on giving a box of 10 each to single family members but can't do that now and I ordered 2 cases! The worse though was they were mostly horribly scarred, bruised, dried and rotten! One was even missing some peel! So now I have 40 sugarbells that I can't gift to anyone that I spent $60 on! The one I tried was not sweet at all and the membrane was so tough I was spitting them out. I could have bought much better clementines or satsumas in the store for $5 instead of $30 but I thought I was going to be getting something special. The only reason I'm giving them 1 star is that their customer service didn't hesitate to give me a full refund. Sadly will not order from them again."

"I ordered Florida navels 6 weeks ago. What arrives were bitter and not yet ripe oranges. Also, an entire tray was rotten. I’m very reasonable and wrote to ask why they were so horrible. I received an email back saying they would replace it. 3 weeks later, a batch of California oranges came. I have no idea why this happened and customer service didn’t have an answer either. I don’t even want my money back. I just want Florida navels which I’m ordering tonight from a real grove that answers their phone from their Florida office. Dundee Groves has a call center where their representatives don’t know their answered. "
