"I ordered a part to be picked up - not shipped to me. I arranged to go to the Dublin Toyota Parts Dept because it was on my way to another destination. When I got there, I was informed that the part was not actually in stock and that it would be shipped to Dublin Toyota from a centralized warehouse, and that it would probably arrive there in two workdays. This was not communicated in the invoice and 'first email' which was generated automatically when my order was confirmed. Now I will need to make a special trip to Dublin just to retrieve that part. I hope they will hold on to it until I get there. Please update your methods to improve communication with your customers."
