I ordered a book a month ago with expedited shipping. The book has not arrived, no tracking information has been provided, no merchant name or any method of contacting anyone to find out where the book is, only automated messages. There is no customer service. I'm filing a dispute through paypal. $38 in someone else's pocket until the dispute is settled. Don't let this happen to you."
