"This has to be the WORST company I have ever dealt with in a long time. First, their shipping department decides to cancel my order for no reason and doesn't contact me. They gladly charged my credit card for the full $120+ order though. What kind of nonsense is that? Took me over a week to realize there was a problem with my order before contacting customer service to get it reshipped. My order finally arrived 3-4 days later but is missing 2 boxes of tea. One would assume that Dr. Vita would refund the difference back to my credit card but that would just be too easy. Now I am 3 phone calls and 2 weeks into trying to get a refund on my missing tea. The site was easy to navigate through & the search was awesome! as it brought up items that I didnt know existed, which I ended up liking better than that of what I was looking for.
