"I feel much better and I have lost 20 lbs. since taking the 6 daily vitamins back in early Sept. 2015 over a 5 month period. My only beef would be that in Sept. 2015 I ordered the healthy delivery plan with 5 bottles plus 2 extra bottles free which would take 7 months for me to use. The expiration date on the bottles were Feb. 2016. At least the last two bottles should have an expiration of March & April 2016. The bottles should be fresh. My left knee was area really bothering me with severe stiffness for the last year and it is about 75-80 percent better. At Christmas 2015 my father gave me a 30 day supply of spirulina and chlorella and after 2 weeks the knee stiffness and poor circulation is completely gone and my skin looks so much better in the face especially. Also I occasionally have minor bouts of depression (maybe 2-3 days a month) and that is diminishing. I work construction as a plumber and I don't get as tired as before. I'm 53 years old and vitamins and supplements work. This product is 5 star and my overall rating would be changed to 5 from 4 with later expiration dates on bottle. "
