"Ordered a Britax Boulevard carseat but decided against the color the next morning. The first customer service representative said that they could not cancel or modify the order since it had already been picked. Called back after 2 hours and got another representative who was very helpful. She cancelled the order and re-ordered it with the new color. The order was placed with babyUniverse ( a sister concern) so that it would ship out the same day. Received the item within 3 days."

"Phone support gets you eternal hold or you can leave a message.

Very slow to ship...I ended up cancelling my order 3 weeks after ordering it when they still had not shipped it yet. They did charge my card as soon as I ordered, so I had to reverse the charges with my credit card company as well.

UPDATE:
TWO months from when I placed my order...a full month after which I cancelled the order...they deliver the order to me.

Here is the deal. Initially, they reported the delay to me as a backorder at the manufacturer. When I cancelled my order, I then ordered from someone else - who also ships directly from the manufacturer. I asked this second person to verify that the manufacturer did in fact have the item in stock to ship. They did. I received my order from the second vendor in 3 DAYS!

Obviously, Dreamtimebaby is in the money game. they simply hold onto your money for as long as they can without buying your product from the manufacturer. This way they get a couple months cushion of money to play with. It is a pyramid scheme and will eventually collapse.

Now, I'm trying to get it shipped back to them at MY expense despite me having cancelled my order over a month prior to shipment.
