"We ordered the Hitachi Magic Wand, and the vendor shipped a less expensive Adam & Eve version to us.

We contacted the vendor by email the day it arrived. The following day, David Kowalsky contacted us and wrote: "We will ship out the correct product to you tomorrow via Priority Mail, upon receipt of the incorrect item you will receive a 50% refund on your original order. Once again I truly apologize for this error and any inconvenience this has caused. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me directly."

Seems respectable doesn't it?

Except we never received the correct item. And David never responded to a single follow-up email or voice mail. We filed a complaint with the BBB in West Chapel Florida and again David completely ignored their requests.

We had originally only asked for the correct item, or a refund of the cost difference between what we ordered and what we received. The vendor honored neither request.

We will never again order from Dreamscapes LLC, the company that runs HitachiMagicWands.com and other related sites.

We still do not understand why David would have bothered with a reply if he did not plan to follow through with his promise. That makes no sense at all.
