"I received a promotional code for $5 off a $25 order the same hour as my confirmation of an order for $50+. I sent the company an email saying that kind of merchandising ticks me off. Why didn't they let me know of the deal while ordering...they knew it was going to be coming out. They responded I could have called them when I received their promotional offer and they would have applied it to my order. I responded there was no mention of that solution on their site anywhere...how was I supposed to know that. They asked if there was anything ELSE they could help me with and I said they hadn't helped me with anything YET. The correct response would have been to give me a personal promotional code to use in the next couple of months when I found some other items I wanted to order. I gave them a ZERO for Customer Service for this exchange."

"I ordered from their website the 9th of December, 2014. Never heard of them, nothing. I got an email the 17th, saying, my order has been shipped - December 17th. According to their website FAQ, they ship orders within 2 days upon receiving it. it's been 8 days!!!!!
