"Worst company ever dealt with, poor communication, customer service slow & frustrating, my order on 6th Jan went to South Africa instead of Spain & they wouldnt redirect the parcel took nearly 2months to get a refund & the parcel they say has to go back to dorothy perkins uk warehouse & wont go back online or items cant be billed to me, it took nearly 2 months to find this out, courier company stated had kept parcel in their office for me but were waiting dorothy perkins confirmation of where to send parcel this took weeks so I had better communication with the courier company as all dorothy perkins would say is parcel is missing here's your refund when clearly its not missing has been sent to wrong place in error but i've to lose out, they say now to reorder but cant if items are no longer in stock as january was winter stock so very frustrating, they should redirect from courier company or redirect once returned to them in uk dont see why this is so difficult to do, will never order again as most they could do is offer free delivery but it's free over £50 anyways so that was no compensation & most items out of stock sounds like they dont know what they're doing with the shipment of orders."
