"they sent me the wrong product that i needed for a client. I didnt realize it was the wrong tips untill i opened the package to do my client. I needed to use the hair so i tried to trim and make work only used about 4 out of the 20 strands. The packaged cost $40 ish. Contacted them and they refused to send me my correct order even though my order form SHOWED my correct order and i recieved the wrong tips. they simply said "sorry" and offered me a MINI discount of 15% if i purchased more!"
