HORRIBLE company

"I wish I had read these reviews before I purchashed a watch. I have been trying to get in touch with them for 3 weeks. I am going through my money back. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company. I'm so disappointed because my husband really like that watch. "

"Wish I had listened to all the negative reviews. Order placed and money was taken instantly. 2 weeks later still no word, information or delivery. Phoned company MANY TIMES - no answer. Phoned number on PayPal receipt - not a real number. PayPal investigated - Dojo Direct didn't even respond to them. Christmas present never showed up and now, almost a month later I've finally got my money back through PayPal. Pity there was no present in time for Christmas, though!"

"I place an order over a week and a half ago.
Their policy states no orders are billed until they are shipped. My credit card was billed and the transaction went throuh on 02/04/09 but according to the tracking number, just a label was printed, but hasn't shipped. No one will return my emails or voicemails. I cannot reach a live person. This sounds like a horrible company, and I want my product!

"I complained 2 weeks after placing our order about not receiving the shoes and he finally shipped the shoes. The shoes arrived with no packing slip. The shoes were too large and we needed to make an exchange. The phone number on the shipping box was disconnected. So we went to the Better Business Bureau to get the correct phone number and discovered that he has an unsatisfactory record. The owner of the company has not responded to any of our phone calls or emails."

"I placed an order and paid for it instantly via paypal. It has been almost three weeks and the item has not been shipped yet. There is no phone number to call and my emails have not been answered. No one should order from this horrible company."
