"Got a dog tag engraved on two sides. So far so good. The Milkbone Biscuit company offers dog tags for sending in box tops, but a similar dog tag from Milkbone was engraved so shallowly, that brushing against the collar and leash wore it completely smooth & unreadable in less than one year. This tag is very readable. The order was fulfilled in a timely manner as well. We were going on vacation & were worried that we didn't have a good tag as our dog likes to bolt. Fortunately, the tag arrived in the mail the day before we departed. "

I spoke mainly with Chuck from Dogids (but also the actual artist who makes these tags). Because my dog's name has an accent over one of the letters, the computer system glitched it, and it came out weird. When I contacted Chuck, we had a solution in just an hour or two. He was fast, courteous, and most of all...helpful! I'll be getting the correct tag replaced very soon, and I couldn't be more appreciative.
