When I keyed in British Slip Leads, theirs was one of the website that came up. It is an easy website to use and the prices were good and the shipping was reasonable.
I placed my order and got 3 emails back from them, 1). acknowledged my order, 1) to welcome me to their site and created an account for me, 1) telling me how big their company is.
My order came thru the mail and I received it on the 16th of May, that is pretty good considering there was a weekend in there. And the leads were exactly 1) what was shown on the website, 2) what I wanted 3) of good quality.
I was impressed and I feel comfortable in recommending them to my dog friends in both agility and confirmation. And I will be doing business with them again.

"On May 1, 2011, I placed an order for a chocolate brown collar, harness, and leash. On May 4th I received the package from dogsupplies.com. It contained a leash, two differently sized harnesses, and no collar. I called Customer Service and spoke to Devin. Early in our conversation, the call was dropped. Before I could call back, Devin had called ME back! He told me that a collar would be shipped out immediately at no extra cost to me. When I asked what I was to do with the extra harness (fearing that I would hear that I needed to return it at my own expense) Devin asked if I had other dogs (I do.). He suggested that I use it for one of my other dogs or donate it to a local shelter if I did not need it!
I foster dogs for Angels Among Us Dog Rescue and was delighted to donate the extra harness to Angels! This is my first experience with your company. Not only will this now be the only online dog supply company I use, it is now the preferred site for Angel's fosters as well! Please commend Devin on his excellent customer service!
