"I purchased a doggie dryer thinking it emitted warm air. I looked at the description on their website and there was nothing that stated whether cold or warm air was emitted. Received the item and of course it emitted cold air and my pup was shivering when I used the dryer. I looked at the inserts provided and yes it stated warm air but by no means does warm air come out of this dryer. Called Dog.com stated I wanted to return they then said they would get back to me in 48 business hours with a return authorization number which they did along with the manufacturer's returns address. I shipped out the next day (I paid for shipping of course). Product was returned from post office since Dog.com gave me incorrect address. They then gave me the correct address, shipped out again. It has now been 8 days since manufacturer received dryer and nothing has occurred. I was not told if Dog.com or the manufacturer would be issuing the refund. I wrote a review on the product along with how the company has left me in the dark, they rejected my review. I emailed them 2 days ago and have not received a response as to whom will be issuing the refund. Very frustrating. Buyers should be made aware that returning something to Dog.com is very difficult and time consuming since they don't update you on your refund."
"My first and ONLY dealing with this company. Placed an order from my phone for two dog crates at 7 p.m. on Thursday night. Thought I was getting a great deal, as I had keyed in LARGE dog crates, and the picture was for LARGE dog crates. Realized these were pint sized dog crates 3 hours later at 10 p.m. and immediately CANCELED the order. No response. Emailed again at 9 a.m. the next morning. No response. Called them at 11 a.m. and told them what had happened. Was of course told...it might be too late to cancel. (REALLY?! I RESPONDED TO YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION THREE HOURS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER WITH YOU AFTER BUSINESS HOURS!) But was also told they would get the order canceled if they could and I would receive a call by the end of the business day to confirm, either way. No surprise that I have not heard from them since. Except oh yeah, I got an email three days later at midnight to confirm my order was shipped with tracking info. It appears the order was not picked up until late afternoon. PLENTY of time for them to have canceled the order. Which FYI, I plan to refuse and file a chargeback. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Wish I would have read these reviews before placing the order."
"This is one of the worst sellers of dog supplies online. AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM. I ordered 74 tiny puppy collars to identify newborn pups. Less than 2 ozs each! They charged me extra weight charges for 59 POUNDS!!!!!!! 74 collars DO NOT WEIGH 59 POUNDS!!!!! Since they can't correct their shipping charges, I cancelled the order and will get them elsewhere. This business is totally corrupt!"

When I ordered the wrong item and recognized it immediately, I sent their customer service a request to cancel my order of heavy crate BEFORE shipping. They waited until after it shipped three days later to contact me and tell me it was too late to cancel. Don't order anything from them that you aren't 100% positive you want!!!!!"
"I ordered a bird feeder from Dog.com because they had the best price. I received it three days by UPS delivery . No issues at all. I also noticed their website is identical to 1800PetSupplies which is a Google trusted seller. I have no "dog in this fight" (bad pun) but the reviews here had me worried. "I placed an order with them for two dog crates. when I went to check out my total in the basket was $199.98. then when I received my receipt via email, it was $350. They were charging me $150 for shipping. I IMMEDIATELY (within five minutes of placing my order) emailed and called customer service to cancel. They emailed me back the next day and said they would work on cancelling it. Then one more day passed and they emailed saying sorry your order was already shipped.
so basically, you can never cancel an order even if you attempt to do so five minutes after placing it. Further, their shipping costs are outrageous and they don't show you what the total price is until AFTER the order is placed. "
"I placed an order with Dogs.com for a dog crate that was listed as "In Stock" and usually ships within 24 hours. It was ordered on a Thursday at 2:00PM, and as of 4:20PM the next Wednesday it still has not shipped. Turns out that "In Stock" does not mean they have it, but the manufacturer does. Dogs.com then passed everything off to them, including processing your payment, which still has not come out of my account. At this point, I am not sure I will be receiving anything.

"Do not order from this company or any of their sister companies. Do not risk your customer satisfaction!! They requested FedEx return my order and instead of reshipping, they credited my account...which will take a week. So now my customers do not have their items and will not for 2 weeks if I wait out the incompetence to clear."

"Don't purchase from this site. In order to return an item you will have to pay for the shipping to get it to you, pay for the item to get shipped back, and if you would like to exchange the item, guess what? you will have to pay for shipping again. All in all you will pay more in shipping than you will for the product. Will never order from here again, and highly recommend not ordering from here to other dog lovers. Additionally, the reason why I was trying to exchange a product was due to the recommended size that they gave for a certain breed was wrong. I have less than a year old puppy, that it wouldn't fit. It definitely would not fit a dog that was fully grown with their recommendation. Due to their recommendation, I had to pay for it."
