"I have emailed Doctor Auto Part mumerous times -recieved no response! Called their 1-800 number many times only to be told to leave a message - no returned calls. Save yourself time, trouble and money - STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!"

"Received broken new, but badly damaged taillight for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Emailed Doctor Auto Part -recieved no response over 2 day wait. Called their 1-800 number twice only to be told to leave a message - no returned calls.

Their website says all packages received damaged have to have claims filed with the carrier - FedEx says that the shipper must file a "waiver" in order for them to file a claim for the recipient. So without contact with Doctor Auto Parts yer screwed.

This was the worst online business I have experienced in years of online business.

"I bought a pair of fog lights, but they sent me two left side lights (even when the box said one left / one right) since then (9/5) I been call them numerous times ,left tons of messages, sent a lots of e-mails, they still don't show up

"I purchased an upper intake manifold plenum from
Doctor Auto Parts for my 1997 Pontiac Grand Prix on 03/27/2008. After
installing the plenum, I noticed that it was leaking water. No matter
what I did, the leak continued. I took the plenum and compared it to the
old plenum. I discovered that the 3 studs that connect the plenum to the
air intake were installed backwards. The studs have heads on them that prevent proper sealing of the gasket. Doctor Auto Parts will not respond to emails or return my phone call.
