"I m very happy with my transaction. I ordered an airgun which had been delivered to France in perfect condition. The price for the product and the shipping was the lowest exceptable.The manager replied positively to all my requests. But the best is that they sent me the french version of the product (with the user manual in my language), thing that I dind t even asked ! :)
They also mailed my parcel in the day I payed for.
I definitely recommand this retailer.

"I ordered a part from my airgun 2 weeks ago and they failed to inform me that its out of stock. They do not answer my emails and yet they already charged my credit card. Worse, they charge me more than the price on their website!

Time to call my credit card company. BE CAREFUL! DNR Sports is a scam online store.

"Half my order was not in stock and was not notified before shipping.
Their policy states:
"If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait."
They never contacted me that any items were out of stock. They only shipped a partial order and a note to reorder out of stock items.
I ended up paying $10 in shipping charges on a $19 dollar order. I will definitely will not order again, they'll probably have only 1 item in stock and will ship it without notifying you.
They are also not responsive to emails.

"Ordered an item. They sent the wrong item. The young woman who answers the phone sounds annoyed that you're bothering her. She transfers you to someone else, and you get the voicemail. Of course, no one returns your message.
After a couple more calls, they send out the correct item, promising to refund the return shipping cost of the incorrect item. They never credited the return shipping cost despite 2 additional email requests.

They may have the lower price, but I'd rather pay a few bucks more for better service. Avoid these clowns.

"After placing my order, DNR substituted items that weren't alike and the ones that weren't substituted, had previously been opened and then re-taped close--and this a medicine that one would apply topically. I wouldn't buy an item that was open in a store and don't expect to be sent one from an online seller. The store's response? They wanted to make it up to me on my next order--their exact words. After telling them that this was not acceptable, they have refused to contact me in response. I'll be taking the issue up with my credit card company; hopefully they will be of help. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company, no matter how small."

"While this store has a good selection and very good prices on some items, they have no idea how to run an on-line store. When I did not receive an "order shipped" email five days after my "order confirmation " email, I called them. They explained their order process, which entails picking the in-stock items from the main store, then faxing the order to the next store in their chain. If the second store can not fill the remaining items, the orders is then FAXED to another store. Once all items are located (or not) they are shipped back to the main store for order fulfillment.

Needless to say, I canceled my order when they told me there was no way to tell exactly when it would ship, since all the other stores had not responded to them yet.

If you don't mind waiting a long time to potentially find something is out of stock, give them a try. They were polite and had some good prices.
