"Discover Trade has been extremely difficult to work with, unresponsive to questions about our order. They have lied to us about the state of our shipment and having the hardware we ordered in stock.
It has taken nearly a month to ship our order to us. I would never under any circumstances use this vendor again."
"Ordered product from them on 11/8/07. Multiple phone calls and broken promises of delivery, "we'll email you a tracking number" that was never sent, "we'll send it from our east coast warehouse", etc. Product never arrived. Wasted 3 weeks of my time and billed my credit card from the date of the order. Avoid them like the plague."
"I was charged $78 for a computer battery that they claimed to have in stock, but that never shipped. All attempts to reach the merchant, including 6 phone calls with messages left on an answering machine, and text messages and emails sent through their website were unanswered, now almost 3 weeks since the order was placed and for which I was charged.
Now, their website doesn't seem to work anymore. This operation is fraudulent until proven otherwise. I have had to initiate a charge back with my credit card company."
