"These guys SUCK and don't care about you. They are too big for their own good at this point. I received HALF of a pair of gloves, and another unordered pair that was too small. ?. I followed their Returns rules, paid to ship items back, and they "Don't know anything about it" and "are confused". The only answers I get are "It doesn't show in our system". They are one of those companies: Employees are incapable of any thinking outside of "their system". I should have kept the one glove, at least I would have had half of my order, right? They of course also expect the buyer to absorb both shipping fees, even though it was the Seller's mistake. They are jerks about it and will not admit fault. Screw companies like this- They tend to forget that there are COUNTLESS other people to spend money with nowadays. AVOID!"

"I placed an order for work boots on 12/31/14. I keep checking the email I supplied for any updates. My credit card was charged on 12/31/14 and two weeks later there is no sign of them and no emails with any tracking info. I called online stores yesterday and was told they left one warehouse and are now at another warehouse but they are not sure where. She said she would send me an email with tracking within 24 hrs. I told her I have never been charged for an item and still not received it with in 2 weeks. She said that was common. I told her I would never order from this company again and she just said- Okay. It has been over 24 hrs and I have not heard anything. I went on the website where it says you can track your order. I put in my order # and email address and it says order not found. If you actually want to get your product don't order from this site.
Update- 1/19/15- I called again because I never received the email with tracking information. They still do not know where the order is and offered to send me another email from the warehouse once they locate it. I told them to cancel my order."
