We thought we had already sent it back however it had been on a shelf in our laundry room all this time. It was an expensive item however we never took it out of its original box it was shipped to us in and have the packing slip and invoice so I contacted them to request a return and they denied it stating that the have only a 30 day return policy! That so unreasonable and we are very upset that they are unwilling to help us! I’d never buy from them again because of this."

I wanted to return the item I purchased and order the proper unit. I told them I was going to pay all shipping. No response, nada, zippo. The offer a phone number, but put in this disclaimer. Email is constantly monitored throughout business hours, so for fastest response, please use email.) By fastest response, they mean no response. I called, I emailed, I waited, now I'm ****. How you try to establish a business with apathy to the customer, with NO service, I don't know. I've learned my lesson, NEVER again dealing with Discountplumbersoutlet.com"
"I used google shopping to find an Aprilaire humidistat and discountplumbingoutlet.com had the best price I could find anywhere, so I ordered from them. The ordering process was painless and the part arrived in just 4 days from the date I hit the 'submit' button on my order. Unfortunately, the part had a manufacturing defect (not discountplumbingoutlet.com's fault) and it didn't work when I installed it. I contacted discountplumbingoutlet.com and they did not hesitate or question my issue. They immediately sent me a return label to ship the defective part back, and they put a new part in the mail that same day to me. I can't say enough about the great customer service."

"Discount Plumbing Outlet was the best price I could find by far on an expensive constant pressure pump system. The shipping was also less than any other supplier.
I was nervous to order due to the poor reviews here and the fact that their e-mail address was a Gmail address. Also their Paypal is "****@****". All signs of a very low budget operation. And if the complaints here are any indication there is no support/service. I opted to pay through Paypal as I felt that would give me the most protection and recourse should I fail to receive the product or if it was damaged.
I'm happy to say that the order went very well. I saved nearly $200 compared to other suppliers. They use bigcommerce platform and seem to use it properly, as I received frequent and quick updates on my order status. I was impressed at how quickly it shipped out. I ordered on a Monday and the pump arrived on my doorstep Friday."
