"Paid extra for expedited shipping and didn't get it. My order hadn't even shipped by the estimated arrival day, so I had to cancel my order and buy elsewhere. They promised a refund.
Their customer service personnel took no responsibility and made almost no effort to contact me. Their testimonials page lists over 150 glowingly positive "feedback" reviews praising their quick delivery, but these are posted by the company, and customers can't really post anything there. These are obviously carefully selected to give the impression that everyone is happy with the service."
"I went to purchase a chair mat from them for 80 dollars. They advertised free shipping on Nextag. I went to purchase and they tried to charge me 69 dollars to ship a floor mat. I called customer service and they tried to tell me that UPS couldn't ship a floor mat because it could get damaged. I then asked the obvious question that anyone who is reading this would ask... How in the world do you damage a floor mat? Out of anything that could get damaged in shipping... a floor mat has to be on the bottom of the list along with rocks and dirt.
So I went to Business supply and bought it there and what do you know... they had free shipping... with no scams..
I do not recommend them for this reason.. "

The only option I had was to return it by paying the shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. Customer Service is great , they called me to ship me to reassure me on my second order that the part I purchased wasn't part of the complete set and then I asked to make sure if I ordered the right item and they checked for me to make sure that it was great. Very pleasant customer service to deal with
Freight Shipping however wasn't very cheap and when I got my box on my first order it was kind of falling apart and the delivery guy left part of my desk in the dirt but that wasn't the stores fault and more of a fallacy in the shipping.
My only gripe with this company relies more with the design of the website on some of the items I do kind of wish they would have made it easier in showing what your ordering especially on this product.
may recommend in the future for purchases on great customer service but I'm not too happy I had to spend much more on a desk than expected :/"

"I recently purchased a Hoover Carpet Cleaner and was looking for a good price on some Carpet Cleaner Detergent. Usually the cheapest online prices come with a high shipping cost, Discount Office items didn't. They were reasonable, especially when you spend $75 or more (free).
They also have discounts available if you spend $50/$100 or more. I was almost completely sold...I chatted with a person online to get some answers on how they would be shipped and if they would be damaged what recourse I would have. They assured me that they stood behind their product and if any damage occurred in transport (UPS) they would cover the cost to return and then reship the product (at their cost). I was SOLD!
I probably bought more than I'm going to need for sometime but to get the best price possible I did what I had to do.
I'm very happy with my purchase, WILL use them again and will recommend them to anybody looking for a good deal.
Update: I received my shipment within a few days, Everything was shipped great. All the caps where safely attached to the bottles and I didn't lose any solution. A most satisfied customer!"
"This retailer has some of the best prices around. I was asked to order 1 ergonomic computer keyboard and 2 optical mice by Compucessory. The order arrived quickly and in good condition. Was happy that we did not have to pay any shipping and handling or tax on the items. Unfortunately, the keyboard had dead keys on it. DOI promptly issued a UPS label and sent out a replacement. Sadly, the replacement also had other dead keys. I suppose that they got a bad batch. When I asked for a different model to be sent, I was told that I had to place a new order. Again, they issued a UPS return label so I never had to pay for return shipping. DOI promptly credited our account for the defective keyboard. We had to pay $7.95 for the shipping on the new keyboard but amazing as it seems, the Fellowes Keyboard ended up costing only $1.00 more even with the shipping and handling because it was on clearance. This keyboard was fine.
I placed another order in November and I am thrilled with this company. The pricing on Brother P-Touch tape is amazing, they have free shipping for orders over $75.00, we were not charged any sales tax in NY and received $15.00 off our order with a promo code. This company puts Staples and Office Depot to shame."

I ordered a leather loveseat (small sofa) on Monday Dec. 1st, and the delivery truck arrived Thursday afternoon December 4th. The price was within a dollar of the lowest price I saw anywhere with a couple of internet pricing robots plus Froogle. Everything was in order on delivery, and the deliveryman even let me open the box to check the condition of the contents.
Because it was a delivery by truck line, there was not tracking number sent. I called them to inquire about the status of the order and they picked up the phone after several rings, with a real live human on the other end! She put me on hold while she called the trucking company and then told me the sofa was out for delivery that same day!
Excellent prices and outstanding service. I will seek this company out the next time I want to buy something of an office products nature.
