410 Reading Ave, West Reading, PA 19611. A person by the name of Allison Gray (****@****) most likely a fake name contacted me via email and advised that this product was currently not available at the manufacturer and was on back order. I contacted the distributor and was advised that this product was available in plenty supplies and there were no back-orders. My emails to "Ally Gray" got no responses, which triggered my curiosity. Since, I'm law enforcement, I initiated my own investigation and determined that this business is not legitimate. I canceled my order immediately. More to follow later!

They sent me a different brand, inferior and cheaper product made by a different manufacturer and sold on their site for much less. They have charged me for the better product but sent me the cheapo. They refuse to answer my emails and they have no phone number for customer service. Customer Service is nonexistent. If you are on this site it is probably too late, but please don't be fooled. This is a scam company. at least a company with horrible business ethics and perfectly willing to rip off customers.

"I ordered the West System 207-105 kit. The 105 resin arrived in 4 days via UPS. Very Good. But the 207 hardener was not with the order. So I went online to find contact information and saw all the poor reviews and became a little nervous. I used the "contact us" link right on their web page and sent an email. I figured I may never hear from them....but...in about 15 min I had a response which told me the resin cannot be shipped UPS and was already shipped out with USPS. The contact person said I should have it by the next day which I did. Excellent price. Excellent customer service. Come on people...if you do not know how to use an online store, drive to town and buy your products...."
