"Placed an order 5/24 with expedited shipping, estimated delivery 530-5/31. On 5/29 I checked tracking - my order had not yet shipped. They claimed they were waiting on my doctor to confirm RX. Magically after this email, the next morning they had heard back from my doctor. However, for some unknown reason, they now needed me to Paypal them $46 extra to send me my order. Requested cancel and refund. I’m not sure what kind of scam they are running, but I do not recommend ordering from them. "

"I had just finished getting my eye exam, and was debating whether to get contacts through my optometrist or online. I needed Avaira Vitality lens, and my optometrist was going to charge me $400+ for 12 boxes, which would be a 1.5 year supply (I tend to misplace my lens all the time, so always try to get more than a year's supply). I was really surprised with Discount Contact Lens. I did some research, and was going to purchase my pair from Lens.com, Coastal, or Contact King, but Discount Contact Lens was by far the cheapest, only at $200 for 12 boxes, half the price I would have gotten at my optometrist's office. So worth it, and it shipped the same day I purchased it. So quick, really an amazing place to buy contacts! Will definitely do so again. Also--none of that weird rebate stuff, just awesome prizes!"

Called customer service and told them to cancel my order I can get them cheaper at Sam's.. An hour after that I got an email saying my order was shipping. "I was very hesitant to order with discountcontactlenses.com because I had never heard of the website before, but also because there were a lot of mixed reviews. Even looking at the website made me uneasy because it seemed too good to be true. However, being a college graduate, I have limited income and decided to bite the bullet. I ordered from discountcontactlenses.com on March 1, 2016 and hoped that my contacts would be here in time because I am going to be a bridesmaid in just two weeks and my current contacts were already a week past the recommended wear time. I emailed my prescription in and the order was processed on the same day! They then shipped my contacts on March 3, and I received my new set yesterday on March 7, 2016. I can't believe how fast the order was processed, completed, and shipped! They got here even faster than my glasses, which are still processing at my eye doctor's. I know it sounds too good to be true, but I'm wearing my new contacts as I type this review. I also want to note that I appreciate their wide selection. I wear Frequency 55 Toric XR lenses which are VERY expensive, but this website sold the brand at a 28% discount, $35.00 less per BOX than I'd be paying at the eye doctor or from another website. You're a business that sells internationally - I needed assistance to sort my payment details and as a business you were unable to simplify that process for me. I have spent hundreds of dollars on contacts with you and would have expected more considerate treatment from your staff. I would have also expected that you could service your customers with a phone call regardless of where they are located. Not only is their customer service excellent, but their price on Dailies Aqua Comfort Plus by Alcon, was one of the lowest I could find. There is no shipping fee and I received my contacts less than 1 week after I placed my order. I would have received them sooner, but I did not fax in my prescription and they had to contact my doctor's office first. This took a day or so, but I was still impressed with how quickly they processed my order. I also made an adjustment to my order, which was quickly corrected and an email was sent to me to show correction. I am VERY pleased with their service and will order from them again. "
