When spoke to a representative he was informed that he could keep the piece or throw it away AND still get a refund.. let me say I have worked in the retail/sales business most my adult working years and I have never heard something so crazy as to a company to say "it's ok keep the wrong product, and here have your money back too" God love my husband he just about believed it. I call total BS.. especially when it states in your policies that returns are to be done within 30 days.

They refunded my purchase plus the shipping and handling. I reached out to them about reordering the fenders and receiving he correct ones. The customer service department was kind and helpful, only they informed me that the fenders were not available for my car. That’s acceptable, I just don’t understand why the website allowed me to order a part that they do not stock."
