"Just as dbblue says, I placed my order in JANUARY which at the time I placed it, it was available and did not receive my order at all. I couldn't get through customer service which hung up on me after saying "mailbox is full" I placed an online "helpdesk" ticket, which was deleted next day. It took my money and I have no way of reaching them for money back. such scam, never order from this place!!!! "
"I used to love this company and have placed a number of orders in the past. Recently, I placed an order for some powdered supplements (not in capsules) that I cannot seem to find all in one place anywhere else. All of the items were in stock at the time of order. It has been 17 days since I placed the order and no one answers their phone during business hours and their answering system says "that mailbox is full" for every option and hangs up on you. I also sent them an email one week ago, with still no response. I also signed up for their forum, which has to be approved by a moderator, one week ago and still have not been approved, so I can no longer log in. Immediately after creating the forum account, I was auto logged in an PM'ed a moderator that was recommended on the forum about my problem, as suggested in the forum, and also no response. I would like to know what is going on, and it is a damn shame, since they have products in powder form that cost 10x as much in capsule form from other places.
Apparently there is a new company dasupplements.com that has be started by the same people to get away from bad management, but they do not sell the 1Fast400 supplements that I want (the bulk powders).
So I am in limbo waiting for this order, and not many other options until I find a replacement. It's quite pointless to receive an order at the end of an entire bulking cycle. I will never order from them again. I would never recommend them to anyone after this experience."
"This is only my second order from this company, but I could not be more pleased in the price of the products and shipping costs. To be completely honest with everyone, I have not seen any prices regarding nutritional supplements at a lower price+shipping that what I have seen from this site. They seem to always ship within 24 hours and the package arrives a few days later.
As for my limited experience: I only began shopping at this site because of the reviews given to me by my family and friends. They guaranteed they had the lowest legit price out there, so, me being the remorseful buyer, reluctantly gave them a try and have not been disappointed with my purchases. I highly recommend this company to anyone in the lower 48 states. I have not experienced international shipping so I cannot comment on that."
"Received a partial order, but one item was unavailable. Waited a few days and inquired when it was expected to ship. Requested that if it had not already shipped, cancel the order. Received an email that it had been shipped from another location, but was given no proof or tracking number for shipment. They then said it would be shipped soon. Again I requested to cancel the order, that I needed it soon and was ordering it from another source that I knew would arrive in two days. Later that night I received an email with a tracking number, which of course did not show up in the system. They waited until after I canceled the order to ship. I'm not sure if I will be able to trust the product, since it was out of stock until I canceled and then they suddenly found one. I will be sure to verify the Exp. Date and look closely at the product seal and appearance. I will not order from this company again. I ordered through Amazon.com thinking that I was saving money, but the shipping costs increased and I wound up losing money. Depending on how Amazon.com handles this will determine my doing business with them again. BTW, I ordered the same item from BodyBuilding.com on 3-26 and it shows arrival with FedEx on 3-28. Discount Anabolics costs more for shipping and delivery date is a toss up. Look elsewhere for supplement needs."
"This is a horrible company; I made my order on Feb 6th 2008 and it's now March 20th 2008 and I still haven't received my product, which is weird because I paid for the 2 dollar express shipping fee so it would be a 5-10 day wait. I live up in Canada, which truthfully isn't that far away, yet when I speak with their customer service team, they mention that if I or they don't receive the product i'm going to have to eat the cost. They shipped the product with a company who is based out of Europe and does not have a 1-800 number, and does not use any tracking numbers, so trying to figure out where the product is, is impossible. I would advise anyone who is thinking about ordering from this store to go against it, you are better off driving down to the states and purchasing from a local store as you would get your results faster, if at all."
"I have used this company once to order Nutritional Supplements while deployed in Iraq. Shipping was very quick, and packaged very well. What set them apart was the shipping to APO AE addresses, which was less than $12. Their prices are just as cheap too, but they don't offer all the free stuff some companies do. Another company I've used charges closer to $30."
