Me: NO. I need 100 blue can coolers with "XYZ" printed on the front.
Vendor: Sure thing. 75 pink can coolers with "123" printed on the front...
etc. etc.
It took 5 days of back-and-forth messages for them to confirm the order as originally stated. End product was weak--printing was off-set making the text look blurry and was crooked on the can cooler. I wish I'd paid the extra 13 cents per item and purchased elsewhere. "

"I was asked to place an order of 550 stadium cups for a school event. After the order was placed I was told they needed to be received at a certain time.. So I contacted to company and asked for the order to be rushed if possible and they were very accommodating. I happily paid the $32 rush shipping fee but was told that the order was scheduled to arrive exactly on the date of our event. Then I was extremely pleasantly surprised when the order came in a week earlier than that. This company really came through and let me also mention, after shopping the internet, this company was the best price given. (About half compaired to everyone else)

"I don't know if the issue was discount favors or the etsy shop that uses them, but I kept getting proofs to approve for days that were blank - I tried on multiple computers and web browsers too so it was not my issue. Once I finally got it to approve and received the product, I was happy. Cups are nice - seem like they'll last."
