Trac Fog Light Order

"Still waiting on delivery, was contacted by the vendor and told they had unexpectedly received notice from supplier or price increase, and I had to pay the difference, should have been obsorbed by the vendor since it is no fault of mine, and is a supply chain issue between the vendor and the supplier. Bottom line, I have yet to receive my items. Not a good way to conduct business. "

"Thanks to Direct Cycle Parts for getting the parts I needed to make my 800 mile trip a joy instead of a pain! Back, neck, and shoulder injuries from military service made riding a real misery for me but, DCP helped me get the Risers I needed to put the bars in the right spot allowing me to ride comfortably again and, they got 'me to me Overnight! Shipping deception

"Was told the part would be delivered in 2-5 business days but when questioned, the reply was it will ship in 2-5 business days. The part was not even in stock untill the 5th business day. Faster shipping was quoted as $30 or $50 which was supposed to be a discount because I had to wait for part to arrive. Price is great, just don't expect speedy shipping."

We were out of stock on the item you ordered and let you know with in 24 hours of the order. Some times the manufacturers can not keep up and we have to wait for our next shipment. We do not have shipping time or availability posted on our website for this reason. We apologize the part could not arrive to you sooner. It looks like it shipped 3 days after you ordered and was delivered 4 days after that. I will mark your account that this order took longer than normal so we can give you a discount or something on your next order to make it up to you.
