I see you ordered a Thunder Header Exhaust. I do not see any calls or emails from you so I do not know what the issue may be.
If this one star is because of the lead time, please understand, it is out of our hands and we also wish we could get you the pipes faster.
If you would please reconsider your review, it would be much appreciated as we can not control the lead times.
As far as lead time on the exhaust, when you ordered online you checked the box that you read and agree to the following terms.


"We do not stock any Thunderheader products due to the Thunderheader warranty. The warranty starts the day Thunderheader ships their product, which ships directly to your location from Thunderheader.
Thunderheader cannot ship to any customer located in California. Please [click here] for more information.
All Thunderheader products generally take at least 5-10 business days to assemble, package, and ship their product. Please understand it may take longer for Thunderheader to complete your order for shipment. Recently, the average lead time has been anywhere from 3-6 weeks. Also, please allow an additional 2-5 business days for it to be delivered at your shipping address. Thunderheader ships all their parts via UPS. A UPS tracking number will be forwarded to your email address as soon as it provided from Thunderheader. A signature is required upon delivery. We are not held responsible if the wait time exceeds your expected wait time. All Thunderheader parts are made to order and, occasionally, a part may be on backorder. If this is the case, we will notify you of any updates Thunderheader will pass on to us. If there are any warranty issues, Thunderheader requires you to send the product back for inspection, before they can replace it.
