"Bought a buffet in sept of 2021 and I paid $100 for the item to be inspected and delivered in December 2021. The product showed up damaged. Delivery drivers wouldn’t even bring in the item. I had to contact the company Over 15 times to get a status of refund or replacement. I had 3 scheduled calls with Isabel and she never once called me back for a resolution. On my 16 phone call was told that they possible could get a replacement in November 2022! I said refund me ASAP. Now they are saying they are going to charge 30 percent restock fee! I never even saw the item!! Do not buy from this company!!!! "
