"STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE !!
I simply ordered a pair of earrings from this website for my girlfriend. Received them in a decent amount of time (which wasn't the issue) I was trying to return or even exchange them for something else, because they just didn't look good on her. I know everyone has there own "opinions" on what looks good and what doesn't, but honestly from the pictures of the item, and what I received was almost arguably a totally different pair of earrings.
So I was simply asking for a return, which I was denied, because you cant return something you don't "like"
So I asked for maybe a credit towards something else, and they told me we cant do that either.
Honestly for the money I could really care less but it was more for future ordering, I would STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. And his response was "well my hands are tied, theres nothing I can do" WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT?!? Not caring about your FUTURE customers, is NOT a way to run a business.
So, simply put if you order from this site, be aware you are stuck with what you get!! Only returns are for "damaged items"

"I ordered 5 pairs of Swarovski earrings to give as Christmas presents. I received 2 pair, but was still missing 3. After calling by phone (which was not successful) I gave it a shot and sent an email. Laurie responded within 2 hours. She expressed her regret and assured me I would receive them in a few days. I received them 2 days later!!! Laurie was very helpful and has great customer service. Thank you!"

"UPDATE ON MY ORDER 12-17-12: I received my order today. I received it way sooner than I expected. It is perfect and I am excited to give it as a Christmas gift.

I ordered something from dillyeo.com and somehow messed up during the ordering process. Laurie from dillyeo.com helped me tremendously and was always friendly and professional. I am very excited about the item I ordered and will order from them in the future. I have also sang their praises to everybody that will listen. This is a great place to shop.

"wonderful customer service, especially a rep by the name of Laura Wasz. she did an outstanding job in tracking down my order and to top it off she emailed me twice in one day. first she acknowledges my email and said that she would, get back to me..and like regular reps i didn't think anything of it because i figured she'd get back to me in a day or two or leave me hanging. but no, not Laura she emailed me the same day with the tracking number and everything i asked for!!!"

"I recently brought a touch screen watch for one of my sons for Christmas. When the watch arrived the face had shattered during shipment. I contacted Dillyeo immediately and Laurie sent a replacement watch out the very same day. She was friendly, professional, and just wonderful. "if you guys actually believe those 5 stars comment then you are doomed. Laurie the customer representative sucks like crap. She swore at me in the background when I was talking to her manager, who is nice but fooled me too. They said 3 are shipped, the first one was sent to Africa, not even my UPS tracking number. The 2 they sent out say "email confirmation sent" and it is still like this after 4 months. I ordered 6 months ago, still not here and no sign off them.
