"If all online retailers were as good as Digital Living the 'brick & mortar' retailers will become a thing of the past.
I had an issue with the home theatre system I bought & Derek from Digital Living called the manufacturer and had the replacement shipped to me and I returned the defective unit in the same box. Any other retailer would have had me call the mfg to get an RMA number. Digital living did this for me.
Anyone who says there is no exceptional customer service on line has never shopped Digital Living.
It is highly commendable to find a company that takes such good care of customers, Digital Living is way more than just the lowest price!!!

"Have been trying to get a Rma from this company since May. Have spoke to Branddon every time who say he will call me back. He never does what he says. Now when I call it is just an answering machine. Buyer Beware. My next option is going to the Better Business Bureau. Also calling my credit card company. Will never do business again.
Update:Spoke to Derrick there seemed to be a confusion on my email address they sent out a promt rma as soon as it was fixed. "
"Do not buy here. I do not recommend it. They don't keep you updated on the purchase progess. They don't answer emails. Most of the time when you call you get an answer machine and they don't return calls. Got a backorder item and when they shipped it, the s/h charge was higher than original cost. It was a very unpleasant experience and definitively will never consider them again. Be careful here. Regards."
