"I can't stress enough how much you should avoid this seller. I ordered a kitchen thermometer. I was pleased when my package arrived in only a few days. However, my amazement turned to puzzlement when I opened the package and found an alarm clock instead of a thermometer. I immediately called the company. Their customer service is not open in the evenings and I was told to call between 10am and 130pm the next day. Not convenient hours, either. I explained that I worked during the day and couldn't make personal phone calls during the day. I tried calling again the following week and talked to a more helpful person. He took my information and told me somebody would call me the next day. He even looked up my order and verified that I did, indeed, order a thermometer. The next day, I received a phone call from Digital Bundle asking me to verify my email address. I'm not sure how they were planning to send me a pre-paid shipping label to send back the alarm clock via email, and my email address was on the invoice, but I verified it to be helpful. That was two weeks ago. I've heard nothing, seen nothing. No shipping label, and most importantly, no cooking thermometer that I ordered almost three weeks ago.
A week and a half ago, I emailed the company, hoping for a better response. They didn't respond.
Tonight I called again. Again, I was told that customer service is only open from 10am to 130pm. I told him I'd be unavailable the next day to send or receive phone calls. He didn't seem to care because I was calling regarding customer service and that's not his job.
I used my Discover card for this purchase. I'm going to put the matter in dispute to get a refund.
What a hassle for a relatively inexpensive item.

"Purchased a cordless item from this company through Buy.com. The ad, the package and the instructions ALL state: BATTERIES INCLUDED.
The small package had a large bulge where the batteries used to be. Impossible to miss this empty pocket.
When I tried to email this company, my Outlook 2007 popped up a box stating that the "Certificate" for this site was "Revoked" and the site should not be "Trusted".
I emailed Buy.com and they stated that I would need to contact the seller.
Buy.com DOES NOT stand behind its' sellers. Thankfully I paid with PayPal who WILL refund my money.
Be wary of Buy.com with terrible customer service who do not stand behind their sellers like eBay and Amazon.com DO.

"This company sucks! I purchased a GPS unit from their online store. I received it 6/10/09 in an unsealed box and found it to be defective. On 6/11/09 I emailed Digital Bundle requesting a return authorization and pre-paid shipping label. Their reply was to blame the manufacturer of the product and to take it up with them. I called Digital Bundle on 6/15/09, got them to accept the return for a refund, mailed it that day with delivery confirmation that showed they received it 6/17/09. After several emails requesting the status of my refund, I finally received most of my money back 7/10/09. They even called me requesting my credit card information to process the refund, even though I paid with PayPal! They did not refund what I had paid to ship their defective unit back to them, nor have they replied to any emails I have sent since. They had my money for over one month and were intent on keeping it for a non-functional product. They were extremely slow on replying to emails, if they replied at all. DIGITAL BUNDLE IS A TERRIBLY IGNORANT COMPANY WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - EVER!"

"Digital Bundle is an excellent small business! Purchased Panasonic GS400 digital camcorder via their ebay store. Shipping was fast, fast, fast. Ordered an all inclusive package.

[Often it is cheaper to order just a camera and accessories separately, but I was in a rush and didnt want to have to find the items I needed separately. Got the package with the camcorder, 256mb sd card, 2 lenses (with step up ring adapter), 3 filters, DU-21 extended battery, tapes, head cleaner, firewire cable, tripod, bag, plus a few other accessories, AND a 4 year warranty from Mack, for just over 1600. A pretty good price considering the 4 year extended warranty itself is worth about 200 and the camera currently sells for a minimum of 1150-1200 anywhere on or off ebay, excluding the ridiculously low prices from the shady camera shops in NYC that we all hear about. The accessories were generally of good quality, so about $200 more for all the extras was well worth it for me.]

And get this, I ordered at the very last minute. Needed it by Dec 24th and I finally placed the order about 4pm on Dec 23rd and the whole package was in my hands the next afternoon. Many other companies on and off ebay were selling this item, and many didn't even have it in stock and those who did were not able to guarantee delivery the next day. It sure pays to shop around to find someone willing to work with you.

Naomi provided outstanding customer service, upgraded certain accessories on my request, and there was no pressure at all. Only flaw is it's not easy to customize your accessories package on their website -- that has to be done via e-mail or telephone. However, response to email was quick and it was very easy to reach them by telephone, even this close to Christmas. So, needing to call to customize my order didn't bother me at all, the most important concern for me was store reliability, price, secure shipping and communication, all of which this shop scores high on.

Tracking number was sent via email within 3-4 hours of placing the order! This shop gives ebay a good name, I felt as if it was a very professional small business. It's nice to support a small biz rather than a large company.

Again, Digital Bundle was very willing to work around my needs. I highly recommend this business and I'll come back to this shop when I get a new digital camera later on. 5 stars.

"I ordered a canon 20D from Naomi at Digital Bundle. She was very professional and backed up every conversation with an email. I recieved the camera in three days and it was missing a cf card. The invoice said it had been shipped. I emailed Naomi the next day and got an instant reply apologizing for the error and immediatly shipped out the missing card. With all the horror stories I have heard about internet sellers, these people are a breath of fresh air. Oh, by the way, their prices are terriffic, too."

"Sent an e-mail inquiring about a product they were offering on e-bay. Response time slow.
I called them and they were very helpful. I was going to place a buy now order at the buy now price and the item price increased 3 times while on the phone with sales rep.
I wasn't aware e-bay lets buy now prices change before the end of the noted closure date and time. As a result of the items price increasing $300.00 in less then 15 minutes I chose not to place the order with them. It almost felt like false advertising to me. I would have definitely bought from them had the price not changed. The sales rep. and the tech were both very helpful, however the pricing was out of their hands due to company policy.
