"After reading the other reviews, I'm feeling like I'm alone in this, but here it goes:
This website gave me the WORST customer service I have ever received, even surpassing the DMV and the Office of Social Security.
They took seven days to process an order. That's absolutely absurd. The post office, at the current date, has not even recieved the product to mail to me. I paid Priority Shipping, but at this point it doesn't matter because the Post Office can't send what they don't have.
After sending an email and attempting to get ahold of someone to help me, I only received curt, unhelpful, and repetative emails that did nothing to amend my situation. The product I ordered was time sensative on my end, so not getting it within a week, which is why I ordered Priority Mail to begin with, was crippling. Digital4Cheap has no phone number listed, so I could not talk with a real human in my attempts to resolve this issue.
If I ever do receive my package, I will have a very difficult time ever trusting this company again. "

"I ordered 10 Energizer Lithium 9V batteries from this company and they sent me Ultralife 9V batteries. Firstly, this is false advertising. Secondly, this company can ONLY be contacted via e-mail which is a bad sign. Thirdly, the batteries they did send will not work for my purposes, as the batteries are NOT A STANDARD SIZE! So it wont fit in my electronic equipment I need it for. I've sent them an email today and hope they will rectify my issue."

"If had seen the reviews about this store, i never would have made a purchase. I placed an order back on June 3,2008 and have not received it as of yet. After inquiring about the order, I received an email saying the order was shipped on 6/3/08 and thats all it stated. I sent a reply asking if it normally takes that long for an order to be received but no response. I sent another email saying i would take legal action if there was no response. Hopefully that will get some type of response. "
"Automated email on 5/27 that my order shipped out and I paid for UPS delivery. I emailed on 6/6 asking for a tracking # and it was ignored. Emailed again on 6/9 and 6/10 updating the subject to 2nd attempt & 3rd attempt. The only response received was "It already shipped"; mind you I asked for the tracking # not if is shipped.
After emailing him everyday from 6/10 - 6/12, I finally initiated a Paypal dispute which got his attention. He email me back stated, "Hmm, it hasn't gotten to you yet? I'll look into it." I ASKED FOR A BLOODY TRACKING #!!!! From all these other reviews and from his EBay feedback STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER! Completely unprofessional and hit or miss. He ignores his phone # on record with Ebay ***-***-****, ignores emails, and ingores IM's to his AIM name cmhowell5."
"What a scumbag! Ignored five (!) of my attempts asking for the tracking number, ignored three out of five emails altogeter. After two weeks I thretened to complain to eBay and to my credit card company, that got his attention. He was like - it's not there yet? Three or four emails later: "We can issue a refund for the missing items if you need?" Should I mention that I NEVER got the tracking number - the item was never shipped!

A screw came loose no fault of digital4cheap I wrote them a leter to let them know that they may want to let other buyers know to use lock tite on scews so there new water proof houseing does not break as mine did. they ofered me a exchange. They are the same BS outfit in 2008. I ordered a waterproof camera case. Charged IMMEDIATELY. Several emails to get one line response~shipped on 1/31. I paid for 3 day UPS. Thirteen days today without any explanation.

"They shipped only 6 out of 13 items 19 days after payment was made. I paid on 02/21. Postage label reads 03/12. Horrible communication: they don't reply to emails. I had to file a PayPal claim to get a refund. PayPal ruled in my favor and recovered my funds. Avoid like the plague!!!"
"Run! Do not walk away from this people!!! Their website claimed they had the product in stock (Motorola MD7001) and that they would ship it ground (4-6 business days) immediatly. They charged my credit card within minutes yet three weeks later they still failed to deliver and answer emails. After very threatening emails they did refund me but this was such a hassle. Their cheap prices are worthless if they don't deliver. "
