I decided on digital1234.com and placed my order on Tue 11/30/04. My Fuji S5100 was sent out via UPS the very next day and I received an E-mail with a tracking number to follow it's progress. It arrived at my home on Mon. 12/6/04.
The camera is a brand new, unopened USA model with everything in the box.

"I ordered four DC as presents for my relatives, but one of them is defective. I emailed it's customer service (Nov 15) to ask for help after I received my order (Nov 14), but no response received. After two days (Nov 17), I emailed it's service again, and received a response in which they told me they will send me a return label, but till Nov 23, I did not receive any label. Then, I had to emailed its service again to ask for the label, but till now, I have not received any response or label. Poor communication and poor after service."

"Most frustrating company I have ordered from. I ordered a Minolta Dimage G600 from another store. It turned out they did not have it in stock & I needed it for the holidays. I canceled it and ordered it from Digital1234. Stupid. I am still waiting. Shipping got messed up by them. It is still wandering about the country. It took 5 emails to get a response. They were read, but no one replied. The replies when they finally did are not very friendly. They had the best price, but I would rather pay more for better pr. I don't recommend. I received 2 emails from this company which were responses to my emails wondering about shipment. Orderd a Canon G6 digital camera on 10/11/2004 in the morning. Received an email notification in the afternoon that the item was shipped with the UPS tracking number. Package arrived on 10/18/2004 as scheduled (UPS ground from NJ to CA). Camera is new with USA and Canada warranty card. Also received another email confirming the delievery of the package in the evening.

"The web site might look not so good. However, the service was great. I bought Canon EOS 20D from them. I was a little skeptical at first because of its low price and cheesy web site. As soon as the order was submitted, the system email confirmation was send out immediately. After a day, I started to worried because there was no phone number or address that I can contact with the company. The only mean of communication is via email.

So, I emailed them to see if I ordered the camera before it got out of stock because the day after I order the camera, I recheck the site and it listed as out of stock. 2 hours later, they emailed me back which I considered it as pretty quick responses. They said my order is fine and will ship out today.

The order arrived on time as promised. The credit card wasn't charged until my order was shipped. The only thing I was concerned was the packing. Looks like they cut short on the packing of the product.

Especially, I order a DSLR camera, the box is a little bigger than product box and filled with peanuts foam. Doesn't look very protective. The camera works fine though.
