"They say Email is at a distinct disadvantage since it lacks the sensory richness of a face-to-face conversation. Well, I must say that my experience with Digiconcepts couldn’t prove the above statement to be more false. Allow me to explain…

MY PLAN: To install Windows XP onto my Macbook Pro via bootcamp to run the architectural programs I need to survive on a day-to-day basis.

MY MISTAKE: I ordered an upgrade version instead of the full version and realized so ONLY after I opened and attempted to install the software.

MY ACTION: I then desperately emailed the sales department of Digiconcepts and got in touch with Lori. I simply had told her what happened, without elaborating on my story.

DIGICONCEPTS’ RESPONSE: Within a matter of minutes, I received a response. The promptness truly shocked me. The sympathy shocked me further. I was expecting a dead-end answer as you know all companies spit out once their product has been un-sealed. Instead, I was engaged in a conversation with a woman that honestly cared about my situation. She kept me updated every step of the way with the prospective solution (to replace my opened copy with the version I needed).

MY THOUGHTS ON DIGICONCEPTS: Once I received this wonderful news of how they will exchange my un-sealed copy for the version I needed because they felt bad that I did not get what I wanted, I was ecstatic. I began reading the comments section on their website. I saw that they have bolded a comment for Mac users who want to install Microsoft to say so before checkout. This may have saved my exposure of stupidity if I had just thought to read it. More so, it really shows that Digiconcepts knows their stuff and wants to help out their clients as much as they can. You can really tell by the extent of information they offer their clients. In addition, They offered to send me prepaid mailing stickers so that I get free shipping on both my return AND my new product. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I am truly taken back at the exceptional level of customer service displayed to me when I alone am the bearer of this mistake. In a few number of emails, I was shown compassion, graciousness, hope, and ultimately felt satisfied with gratitude. I really cannot say enough about how happy I am with Digiconcepts’ customer service. They saved a recent graduate some money and made her a customer for life! Most companies don’t have half the heart you do! Thank you!

"I have dealt with Digiconcepts for 2 orders that were speedily delivered to me and were of the highest quality with great prices and professional help with my orders. I had problems with 2 sp3 disks and they told me they would ship them out right away and took care of my problem in a very professional and timely action!

I would recommend this compnay to everyone, great prices and great services!

"Received my CPU as ordered but ran into a problem which had nothing to do with digiconcepts.com. My motherboard would not recognize my CPU so I contacted support and Michael helped me through the process. I had to do a BIOS upgrade on my motherboard. Once updated, the CPU was recognized and the system is now zooming away!"

"I ordered a processor from Digiconcepts, but unfortunately their last unit went out of stock just before the order. However, Lori worked with me to acquire the processor (I needed an older and very specific unit), and quickly found one that met the specifications. "I've always been skeptical about ordering merchandise online. Tough I'll have to say my experience with Digiconepts has to be one of the most rewarding and stress free. Ordered a CPU for my outdated computer, my initial order was under back order but Lori took maters into her own hand in try finding me a item they did not have in their catalog. Only had to wait a few days till i got my new cpu. Extremely satisfied with their customer service, Lori is truly the best! That's what i call Lagniappe!"

"If there was ever a time for me to leave a company review. This is it!
Have never ordered from Digiconcepts, I felt confident going forward with
my purchase thanks to all the reviewers here and Digiconcepts being a
member of the Better Business Bureau for 12 years with an A+ rating.

Shortly following placing my order, I received an order confirmation email
and to expect my order to ship within two business days. The following
day I received my official invoice with the tracking number on it. So
far so good!

My order arrived 4 days later. However, my excitement soon turned to
a big question mark. I had ordered the Windows 7 OEM version of the
software but received the retail version which I cannot use. I needed
the OEM version because it comes with the COA sticker you can place on
the system case.

I immediately emailed Digiconcepts explaining the mistake. Their response
was immediate and incredible! They apologized for the shipping error and
shipped out the correct OEM version via overnight air (no cost to me) and
included a prepaid return shipping label for the retail version (again no
cost to me).

The following day I had my OEM version and returned the retail version
the same day.

I must admit when I received the retail version, I thought to myself, how
many hours or days is it going to take to get this all resolved. To my
surprise, it was not only handled in hours but they made sure the entire
replacement processes was convenient as possible for me.

Another note: After receiving my OEM software, I received a follow email
from Lori asking me if everything was ok now and if there was anything else
she could do.

Digiconcepts never skipped a beat handling this and they will continue to
get my business in the future.

One Suggestion: The shopping cart checkout seems somewhat outdated. Also,
it would be nice to have an account login to track orders.

"After losing components of my desktop system to a lightening strike, finding Digiconcepts made shopping for a new motherboard, CPU, and heat sync fan easy. All of the glowing reviews that you read on this web site about Digiconcepts ARE TRUE!! The personal service from Michael and Lori, AT ALL TIMES OF THE DAY AND NIGHT, made for an incredible customer service experience. Digiconcepts gets five stars from me across the board!

Having sold out of the item in my initial order, Digiconcpets made me an offer to replace my request with the next higher level model and adjusted the price by a considerable margin in my favor, in order to satisfy my immediate need for the component. I did not ask for this proactive customer treatment. In fact, I was so blown away by their concern to make the order good at all cost to them. I offered to pay them a little more for their overly generous offer. They refused! They would not take one more dime over their quote to me for the replacement item. They could have blown me off till the original requested item came in the next week. But they did not! They went the extra mile to accommodate and to reach out to me as a customer. You will be shocked at getting emails from Lori and Michael at all times of the day and night, while they take care of your order.

Even though I was a first timer, Michael and Lori realize that the first time customer experience is an experience that makes for life long customers. The chances that I will buy from Digiconcepts again are very high! Knowing that you can get a prompt, personal service, when searching for the right item, is not typical in this day of outsourced customer service. With Lori and Michael, you will feel like you are dealing with a neighborhood computer store, where you can get advice, customer service and good products at a fair price!

Next time you need any of the items that Digiconcepts offers, you need to consider purchasing from Lori and Michael!!

"I placed an order on August 8, and received my software on 11th. Fast delivery. Mean time they answered my questions fast. I was amazed to receive an e-mail from Digiconcepts whether the software installed o.k. or not. In the past I never got any follow up call or e-mail from any supplier. They sell quality software.
