Very poor service from DickSmith

"Hi all, I am having a fit with **** Smith. Bought a Innovative Technologies turntable from them, it stopped working. I request a service and they took 3 weeks just to reply that I have to contact the manufacturer in Washington. I contacted Washington and they said service is the responsibility of **** Smith Australia. I chased up **** Smith again and they did not reply.

Posted this on their Facebook page and got an answer the same day. I had to make a video and show them the fault. I did this and had to wait another week for a reply. They want to pick up the unit and access the fault. Sweet, I thought this was over. 1 week later, still no news, I chased them again, and they sent a reply that I have to repackaged the box with original packaging otherwise they will void my warranty claim.
Sent me a ticket that the courier will collect on Monday, the courier did not show up.

I asked for a refund as I no longer have faith in their product or services,
They have chosen to ignore me.

I have had enough, this is not worth all the hassle.
I am going to make this loud and public.
**** Smith, a real disappointment.
