"Signed on with this corrupt company in 2013, the ads they supplied were full of mistakes, misspellings, even incorrect address for my business. After many attempts to get their mistakes fixed we decided to cancel. In that attempt we were put on hold, transferred several times and ultimately hung up on.
After several more attempts to cancel we realized this company is a scam. Finally I get through to a person who stated that we cannot cancel and that our agreement to use them in 2013 was a “contract”.
We never signed a contract! They are now continuing to bill us for a service we do not want or need. They have now sent us to collections! I’ve never seen such a dirty underhanded company in my life.
