Don't buy from this place.

"I purchased two galaxy S5 over the holidays. Not only did the phones come several weeks later and after Christmas, one of the phones was stuck on the Galaxy S5 screen. I contacted devices now and they never responded. I took the phone in to a repair shop and the phone had a bad motherboard which is the most costly part. They couldn't believe a vender sold me this phone. It cost me a $100 to fix and the phone was only $98. Save yourself the headache and don't deal with this vendor."

"Don't buy any cell phone. We had a open box was should be new, but it was almost one year old. An
Apple Store checked the serial number.
Be careful. And when you sent it back you get only three-quarter from your money back.

Avoid this company at all cost!

"They did not ship in the time frame stated, the phone I purchased was locked, returned for a replacement and couldn't update on the replacement, returned the phone and have been waiting over 3 months for a refund. You will not be able to reach anyone at this company via phone. They don't answer their phone, have a recording which will not let you leave a message nor be transferred to a dept. You can put in many help desk tickets but it's rare that anyone will respond. My last response was that I was to receive a refund but they were having problems refunding to my credit card. Funny, they had no issues charging to it! I responded as such and have not heard back since. They have my email address, phone number, plus the help desk ticket, so absolutely no excuse for their lack of response. My original purchase was June 20th and it is now December 6th. I have filed a report with the Better Business Bureau, still hoping for a resolution."

"SCAM, they just want to get your money, when I sent their phone back, they opened a claim, stating they has`t received it yet! I have a tracking number, but no one cares"

"I ordered a phone with a shipping that said 2-4 days. Now it says on their website 2-6 days. It has been more. Opening a ticket does nothing! I am so glad I didn't pay for the extended warranty. Don't expect any service or feedback!"

"THIS COMPANY ****. ORDERED A BATTERY AND HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT AFTER TWO WEEKS EVEN THOUGH THEY SAID I SHOULD RECEIVE IT IN 2-6 DAYS. THEY HAVE NEITHER RESPONDED TO MY EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS, NOR HAVE I RECEIVED A REFUND. I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB."

Absolutely the worst

"I ordered my phone on July 8th, it is currently July 21st, and I still have no phone, and the company will not take my phone calls, my emails, or any other contact. This is obviously a scam. Shame on me for not checking the reviews first like I normally do. I hope this review helps any future buyers beware!"

"Okay so I recently paid for a Galaxy S6 for $207.89 on the 6th of June. I was told it would arrive 3-7 days from then but it didn't so I called and didn't get any replies. So on the 10th day at about 10 in the morning I called multiple times (back to back) then finally someone answer named Justin. He was cordial and I immediately told him I wanted a refund because I have been reading reviews. He tried to talk me into keeping the phone I ordered but I said no thanks. He said he would cancel the order and I would receive a refund in 3 days. I took a moment and spoke with my mother about it she said I was over reacting so I called back asked if I could keep the order he said yes because they haven't shipped it yet or cancelled the order. I was upset the phone wasn't shipped from 10 days ago (I would know if it shipped or not if their tracking system was working) but I went along with it. He said the phone could get to my house by Thursday or Friday (it was Tuesday). I said okay and sure enough the phone came on Friday. It came with a case (case came because of my inconvenience) and charger. The phone looked brand new but the screen had a super light shadow of facebook at the top of the screen but its not a huge issue to me because I can barely see it. So in conclusion I believe they are legit but have A LOT of flaws with the company. If you want to buy a phone from here you need to call constantly just to get your phone shipped apparently. Overall I am satisfied with my phone but the hassle and the wait of getting it was annoying. "

Does not deserve a Star!

"Very unprofessional! Have not been true to what they advertise. I order a phone 6-9 and paid for EXPEDITED shipping (1-3 business days). They have been paid (took my money) and 6-16 still have not received the phone. We tried and tried to get a hold of them and have yet been successful. The claimed "chat icon" is nowhere to be found. They do not respond to their e-mails and neither their voicemails.

After reading all the reviews I wish I hadn't order from them!

As per the BBB they are located out of New Jersey, not Florida??? Its a scam
Ordered a phone over 3 weeks ago and NOTHING!!! not even a email returned. They dont answer the phones or emails, the message says " Dont leave a voice message" You see where this is going. I wish i had read all the negitive reviews before i lost my $343.43 in cash. I will contact my credit card and attempt to have it credited back?

WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!

"I placed an order on May 26th 2017 and I just checked my order status and it's still processing. How in the world is that possible??? I have call several times and nobody answers the phone. I found them on facebook so I started to share all the reviews from here to their page, well, like two minutes into doing this they blocked comments and deleted all the bad reviews I shared with them. I found them also on twitter and sent them a couple of tweets and of course I haven't heard from them. I just contacted a news channel, which I know they are not going to care about it, but at least I'm trying. This is ridiculous, I hope nobody buys any more from them. "

The worst customer service ever, they are scammers!

"I ordered a Galaxy S5 on May 31st, they took the money from my account on June 1st (It is supposed to be taken out when the order ships) for 4 days it says it was processing when I was told it would arrive in 2 to 6 business days. I called to check on it on June 3rd and could not reach ANYONE except a recording that did not let you leave a message and you could not use the live chat button on their site. (no legit company would be this hard to get through to). Me and my daughter called the numbers over and over and over, after about 30 minutes a woman by the name of Katie Nunley answered and I ask her why my order was still saying it was processing, she stated that I should have received an e-mail that it shipped (I did not receive an e-mail). I told her I wanted to cancel my order because this company seemed very shady and that I was going to turn them in for fraud. She got very nervous and said "let me put you on hold and I will check on it" and I told her to cancel, not to even bother checking on it. So she put me on hold and while I was holding for 15 minutes I received an e-mail that my ordered had shipped, and then she hung up on me and never came back to the phone. Mean while I filled out several tickets while trying to call them back, after 2 hours of constant calling, (and they would pick up the phone and hang up immediately) finally a man answered and I told him I wanted them to cancel my order immediately and that I want my money back that they took out of my account. (the order never shipped like Katie said that it did). While talking to him I caught him in several lies and called him on the lies, he became very nervous and finally promised me that he was putting my money back in the bank. I asked him his name before I hung up and he told me it was Justin Christmas (just for anyones info, if they are still dealing with this scamming company). It has been two days and my money was refunded back to me, but I would advise anyone who is thinking about using this company...DON'T!!! They will try to scam you and lie to you. and any reputable company would not do this or be this hard to contact. The couple of good reviews on this company had to be from them writing it, they are horrible and scary to deal with. "

"I've been waiting almost as month for my phone. Can't get in touch with them through phone. They don't return your emails. Had to call credit card company and now supposedly they are sending the phone. I'll posted if I ever get it and if it works

Terrible, Terrible company

"We purchased a Galaxie S5 on May 4th, 2017 from this company. They received payment from our bank on May 5th. Shipping was supposed to be within 7-10 days. However, we never received the phone. After numerous e-mail requests for a ship date, we never received an answer. Just an automated reply which told us nothing except that a ticket was created. You can't reach anyone by phone since it is only a recorded announcement which tells you that you cannot leave a message but you can go online and conduct an online chat. That too doesn't work. This company is a big scam. The reviews at their website must have been written by the owner of the company as they too were bogus. I finally contacted my bank re the charge and they will be seeing to it that I get my money credited back to our card. My experience taught me not to buy anything from this company again..."

A Scam

"This place is a scam. It's been over a week and my order is still processing. They don't have a customer service line, and I think emails and requests made over their website go to a spam folder. I'm pretty sure they've just stole money from me at this point, I don't know if I will ever get my phone."
