"I ordered two Blu Dot pillows from Design Public during one of their holiday sales. I received an email a few days later stating that they were backordered and would ship in mid-December. I received another email in late December stating they were still backordered but should arrive within a couple weeks. Then I didn't hear anything for several weeks, reached out to them (they don't answer their phones so don't bother calling - just email) and was told they were still on backorder. A week later, I received an email that the items had shipped and the order was closed. Except I only received one of the pillows, not both. And if you check their website, it says the pillow is in stock and should ship in 3-5 days. What a crock. Will never be ordering from this company again and will be reporting the charge as fraud if item is not received or refunded within the next few days. "
"I was initially mislead by product presentation when the swatches on the website did not match up with the product images and as a result ended up receiving a couch that was not the expected color.
After some back and forth, my request for an exchange was accepted and Design Public agreed to pay the shipping to return the item.
Although it ended up being somewhat of a hassle, in the end Design Public did the right thing. Very good customer service."
