"Do not buy from these people! Any positive reviews here are simply not true. I placed my order and several days later they called for my address. Then several more days later, they sent me an email saying they could not verify my order so it was cancelled. I wish I had read the review prior to placing my order. This seems to be a common theme with them. Don't even waste your time because your order will be cancelled for no reason."
"I ordered 4 appliances through Designer Appliances for our new office building. We need the appliances by a certain date so that was very important when I ordered the appliances. I wish I would've looked at the review but they were the only place that had what I needed in stock and could be delivered on time. I asked my sales rep MULTIPLE times about how long they take to deliver and they said time and time again that it is 1-2 days for processing then 7-10 days for shipping. They took over a week to process and neither the trucking company nor Designer Appliances will tell me where my appliances are. When I called, they acted like I was nuisance and wouldn't even bother answering my questions. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY."
"If I could rate less than one star I would. We're recovering from a hurricane in the Keys and ordered replacement appliances for entire house. All of the items said "ships in 2 business days" when in cart, and prices were good. However that's the only positive experience I had. Ordered appliances 1/8/18 and they didn't ship until 1/15. Only received 3 of 6 appliances on 2/14 after numerous calls. Cancelled remainder of order 3/9 when after many more phone calls they told me the trucking company by lost them. It doesn't matter how low prices are if appliances don't get delivered"
"I ordered a refrigerator from Designer Appliances and because we were without a fridge, obviously I wanted it to be delivered ASAP. I called them before placing the order to find out when the item would ship. We were told that it was in stock and that it would ship out within one or two days, and then take another 7 days or so to get to us. That sounded reasonably quick, so we placed our order. Two days later, I had not received any info about my order shipping so I called to check in. I was told that it was about to ship the next day. I then received an email saying my order was preparing to ship. Seven days later, when we were expecting to receive the refrigerator delivery, we realized we never received a shipping confirmation. I called in and was told that it still had not even shipped. We were told again that it would ship out the next day and be delivered within 10 days (not 7).
Needless to say, I was really upset that we were lied to about when our fridge would arrive, so I contacted customer service. They didn't respond for four days, and when they did, they told me that the shipment was actually scheduled to arrive in TWO WEEKS! So now we are at one month later for our scheduled delivery than they originally told us. Each week that we are without a fridge is another $600-700 we spend on takeout meals because we have nowhere to store food.
The people I spoke to with customer service made no attempts to rectify the situation by expediting our shipping, providing us with a discount, or any other gesture of apology. I am almost tempted to report this company to the Better Business Bureau because I feel totally scammed. "

"Avoid them! Horrible experience from start to finish. I have spent far too much time on what should have been a very straightforward purchase. I bought a washer dryer, dealt with a very inexperienced, unresponsive sales person who blamed all the mistakes on his being new. Acknowledged what a bad experience I had had and told me he had learned a lot; shame they didn't train him and I had to! First they delivered the wrong machine, took them a week to get the right one delivered but this time they neglected to deliver the stacking kit. The delivery people told me there are a lot of problems and unhappy customers with this company, not just me. It took the salesperson 4 days to return my call when I was trying to pay for the machine (did they forget to train you to listen to your voicemail?) Even though they quoted me for the wrong machine, they made me pay more. I was told to deal with the manager, he took hours to respond to an email and eventually sent me a picture of a facuet in answer to my complaint about the wrong washing machine and then eventually referred me back to the inept salesman. I have spent far too many hours listening to their voice recording detailing their priority of good service etc, listen to it and know everything is the opposite of what they say!
