"Purchased the Mahabharat 16 disc dvd set. They charged my credit card immediately. After 2 days without any emails, I attempted to email/phone call them but never received a response. After about a week, I finally got a reply back via email stating that they do not have the dvd set in stock and are ordering it!
I finally received the dvd set a week later only to discover that they placed it in a box without any packing material. The side of the dvd box looked like it had been kicked in. Not the shipping box but the dvd disc box. The shrink wrap was opened and half the discs looked scratched up. Upon doing some research, I learned that they had sent me a pirated copy as well.
I attempted to contact them about this and they informed me that it's not their fault and that it is their suppliers. They said they would exchange the dvd box set for me if i ship the pirated one back to them at my cost. Of course I told them I'd do it but they'll have to pay for shipping which they refused to do so. Then they stopped responding to any emails.
I've already disputed the charge with my CC company and will never deal with these thieves again. "
