"Working with Deqor was a pleasant experience and the bedroom set we ordered is beautiful, however it arrived with a layer of black dust covering the inside of the drawers. I thought it was the color of the wood until I tried to wipe something off and the wipe was black. The drawers had a layer of black dust or soot or something, that has been hard to clean off because of the unfinished nature of the drawers.
The furniture was also delivered by a woman alone, so I ended up having to help her carry up two night stands and a dresser to my second floor apartment. The delivery company should not have send someone on their own to deliver furniture to an apartment.
But again, the bedroom set looks lovely and exactly as shown online. Very happy with it. "
"Love my table and chairs, but there were many problems with whole situation. Delivery was unbelievable. No notice given as to when it was supposed to come. I called delivery service. They told me a block of time, but on day of delivery another service called and said they were delivering. They were rude as I was at work and they wanted to come earlier than previous company had scheduled. When they came my table was dumped in my front yard. I had to pay someone else to get 400 plus table and chairs in house. Then I discovered it needed to. E assembled. I again paid someone to put together. Directions were poor. Took several hours. I am a single woman and would have never ordered this table had I known it was going to be dumped in my yard and need assembly. Table is nice but so disappointed with the whole experience as it was very expensive to have it assembled. "
"I purchased a lovely green glass table lamp with a burlap shade. The glass is the color of summer grass, just beautiful. It is a larger lamp and pretty to look at.
