Delivered a Dried up tube of expensive toothpaste & No response

"Bought a tube of whitening toothpaste. What shows up is a solid (dried up, opened) tube of toothpaste. Contacted customer support 4 times. no response. They even had the nerve to ask for review. I reviewed it on their site and they still not respond."

Received incorrect order-they will not reply to my emails

"I received an incorrect order and emailed them about it. I tried to contact them by replying to the confirmation email that they sent me when they shipped it. They have not replied to two different emails that I have sent and there is absolutely no information as to how to contact them on their website. They do not have a telephone listed on their website. They do not have a customer contact email address listed on their website. I am ticked!!!!! Other than that, they ship very fast, do not charge sales tax, and have good products. When you order, you are not receiving junk from China. (I hope not). The return address on the UPS package that they send you comes from 1340 Reynolds Ave #116-110, Irvine, CA. Since I live just around the corner from there, I think I will drive over and investigate. I will follow up on this post after I do my due diligence in investigating whether they have an actual company in Irvine CA or if it is just some drop box location! I am seething mad about their failure to respond to my emails and make my order correct. There are two days left until Christmas shipping is over and I ordered specific things for Christmas stocking stuffers - $100. Worth!!! I have ordered from this company for years and have NEVER encountered this very bad service and situation in the past. In the past, this was a great website to order from. Apparently, not anymore. If I cannot contact them and they do not reply to my emails, I am going to have my credit card company put a stop payment on my purchase!!!!!!! Real funny (not!) because on the very last bottom line of their invoice to me it says: "Please contact us with any questions." My question to that is HOW??????

I AM ADDING TO THIS AND UPDATING ON Dec. 24, 2016:
Today is Christmas eve. I have still not received a reply to either of my two emails to dentist.net. They still never sent me the correct things that I ordered to put in stocking stuffers. I will, therefore, not have what I had planned to give to my 100% disabled since birth child as a Christmas stocking stuffer. I will never do business with this company again! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ANYMORE. This company used to have excellent service but that seems to be a thing of the past. You do business with this company at your own risk! Don't expect them to make it right when they screw up your order because they refuse to reply to emails. They have left my precious child hanging high and dry without the items that I ordered for the Christmas stocking stuffers. I hope my review inspires them not to take their customers for granted. once they stop losing enough customers may e they will figure it out!

"Found a good deal through an ad they placed on Google.

I had a problem with a tube that blew up in the shipping
box but Dentist.net did take care of the problem thus
I have changed my review to "recommended"

"Don't bother they charged my card did the old information sent to UPS but never sent them the actual package. They don't take phone calls only email for order questions"
