"Horrible company to do business with. Bought a jacket that the said they had, then they didn't have, then they did. rec'd the jacket, it was a size to big. Sent it back for exchange to smaller size. The website said they had it, then customer service called and said they didn't. They don't communicate with their suppliers, and have no idea what they have or can get. Then they charged me for returning the item because i didn't keep at least 70.00 worth of merchandise. What part of the jacket was I suppose to keep? They don't care about their customers and you should stay away from them."

"UPS just delivered my order from Denim Express. The Levi jeans that I ordered for my husband are FANTASTIC! I couldn't be happier with the service or the quality of the product. I will DEFINITELY be buying from them again. The price was the cheapest online, too. I can't say enough good things about my transaction."

"Horrible service. Do not encourage it, do not buy from this company. There are plenty of good honest merchants out there besides these incompetent unprofessional liars. I ordered 3 pairs of Levis 505, two of them were counterfeit. The company gave me a runaround, treating me like a moron, asking to send them back, not providing a return shipping label. They said that they would refund the shipping. I sent them back asking for a replacement on June 16. They refunded only part of the shipping. Then they gave UPS the wrong address and had the nerve to ask me to call UPS to straighten it out claiming that they transmitted correct information and it was the UPS fault. After talking to UPS, it turned out that they gave incomplete information. Why would anybody lie about something like that? Do they really think that their time is worth more than mine?"

"A little while back I ordered 3 pair of jeans and a tote bag. The jeans arrived in less than a week and the bag was on back order. I'll admit, it took a little longer for the bag to come in than I'd like, but they emailed me, asking if I still wanted it and shipped it the day I replied. The jeans were just what I ordered. (I can't find these around here.)
While I haven't "spoken" to anyone, email responses have been very fast and courteous.
I will shop here again and continue to do so until I have problems.
(And I promise you'll be the 2nd to know behind Denim Express.)

"This was a nightmare, ordered 3 pairs of Levis,they did not fit. Sent back on Mar. 13, 2009. Never worn, only refunded 2/3 of cost. Customer service said they smelled like smoke and charged 15% fee plus took back free shipping. Do not buy from this company, they lie. "

"I had a pretty good experience. Probably because I didn't need any customer service help in returning anything. The order was delayed a bit due to it not being an item in stock and I ordered it on 12/31/08. The oreder arrived in a pretty timely manner and it was correct. I admit though if I had read the majority of the reviews here I doubt I would have ordered. "

"This was one of the worse online experiences I have ever had. I have always perferred online shopping for the convenience and lack of stress, this was the complete opposite experience. The lack of service from the customer service dept was the worst. I don't think this is an experienced or professional business, it seems like it is someone sitting in a recliner offering excuses instead of solutions to situations other companies have never created in any purchases previously. REALLY REALLY BAD, not worth any merchandise for the amount of stress and headaches that went along with this purchase. I wish I would have read the reviews BEFORE making the purchase. I will NEVER deal with this company again, and will be sure to tell everyone I know all about my negative experience to help them avoid the stress this company has caused me over their errors."

"I ordered a siwwy wabbit hat. The catalog says one size fits all. They E-mailed me that the catalog was in erro that hat was by size. I E-mailed back with correct size. They notified me they would tell me when it was shipped. After 2 weeks had not heard anything from them. Called their customer service and was told they were out of stock on this item. It was suppose to be a Christmas present. If they had told me right away I would have had time to order from somewhere else."

"Bought two pair of 505s. Both are second quality. Rivet popped out of one during first wash, button opening on second pair not done properly, when buttoned, jeans top does not lie flat. I am sure I'll be charged a restocking feed, and don't mind that so much - now I know not to buy from this vendor again.

I hope I've saved someone else the trouble. Terrible quality control or they're simply not telling the truth about their stock.

"I have been very pleased with the items I purchased BUT I am currently a bit frustrated because I have not received my son's winter coat that I sent back for exchange, nor has it been mailed out from them. I called them yesterday to follow up on the exchange that I mailed by "priority" shipping so they have had the item for over a week and still have not processed the exchange. I was also unhappy to realize that I had to pay for the shipping to exchange the item and then will have to pay shipping again for them to send me the correct size. I will shop with them again, only if I can't find the style of Levis I wear in the stores or on another website. I think their customer service skills and business policies are very poor compared to other web-sites!"

"One of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had. The only thing I can equate it to is a bad mechanic. Where you feel helpless, and its your word vs. theirs. Their customer service is pitiful and I can see how this has probably become a bit of a scam for them. You order something, they send you the wrong thing. If you keep it, hey they've sold one more item, but if you get the wrong thing and want a refund or exchange, its gonna cost you. A terrible business model. And this is what happened to me. I ordered a pair of jeans, recieved in decent time, unfortunately they werent the color I ordered. No problem, I'll return them and get a full refund, as stated on their website. I didn't. They said they sent the right color and I got charged $17 for shipping to me, shipping to them, and a restocking fee. If I'd known that, heck, I wouldve kept them or at least taken a picture for evidence. So instead I spent $17 on nothing but a bad taste in my month. Awful. Sadly you always see the reviews after you've bought from the site. So if you're looking ahead of a potential purchase, avoid this place. Take it from me.

"Warning do not buy anything from Denim Express. There is no service associated with their customer service. I was charged a scam 15% restocking fee on all items I returned even items I did not try on."
